Whilst we're saddened by your comments above, you were clearly in a terrible mood before you even arrived at the salon. I'm sorry you were feeling cold. But the salon was not cold. The heating was set to 24 degrees, and we can't change the temperature for the whole building just for one guest. No matter how loud they complain. Our award-winning coffee is far from undrinkable. If the coffee was not what you ordered, you could have simply requested another. Calling it undrinkable is just silly. An assistant coughed in your presence - are you aware of the season? He apologised immediately.
Your rude and unreasonable behaviour in salon was unacceptable, and prompted complaints from other guests. The owner, Gary, decided it best not to approach you for fear of making things worse, as you were clearly on a very short fuse and about to blow. There is absolutely no justification for your behaviour, and aggression, and we completely refute your claims of poor service. Don't waste any time wondering about whether to return. You are not welcome.
Edit: please don’t call the salon again and call our receptionist a tosser.
Update: Yes, you're entitled to leave an honest review, what you're not entitled to do is project your own problems onto your experience, and lie about what actually happened in a public arena. Entitled...!
