Had my haircut after a year, Matteo did a brilliant job and was super friendly and made my experience really enjoyable! The salon staff were also really lovely and welcoming. Overall great experience and love my fresh cut!

Never used Toni and Guy before until today. Good location, good haircut and nice and accommodating staff and stylist.

I wasn’t very happy with my haircut after an appointment in one of Toni & guy branches however the team were very nice and kindly booked a complementary wash, cut and blow dry for me at the Farringdon venue. I have to say Matteo did an amazing job! I am super happy I found a stylist that can treat my hair just how I like it. Matteo is 6 stars out of 5. 👍🏼❤️

I had my hair cut by Matteo today, and I am thrilled with the experience. He was so friendly, really listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions. I’m extremely picky with where I cut my hair, but I can say for certain, I will be seeing Matteo from now on.

It was so lovely to see Serena, and as usual she performed a miracle. I feel like me again. Fantastic hair cut and such an enjoyable experience.

Nadia as always is fantastic. So attentive and gives great advise and my colour is perfect.
My only concern was the change of my appointment to the following day as the salon did not have my colour. My appointment was cancelled on the day.
A bit disconcerting that a company such as Toni and Guy should be in short supply.

Booked an appointment at short notice for the first time with Toni&Guy. I am very happy with my hair cut by Serena, although she is very quiet, she understood exactly what I wanted and has done a wonderful job. Will look to booking again.

Nadia did my hair colour a couple of days ago. She did an excellent job and achieved the exact result I had in mind. She was really thorough with her consultation and gave me really good tips. On top of that she was extremely kind and I loved talking to her. I would highly recommend Nadia and I will definitely come back and book another appointment with her!

Asked for a toner to take the brassy tones out of my blonde hair. Was assured that the cool blonde shampoo would work the same. Said I didn’t think it would was told yes it would as it works the same. It doesn’t and it didn’t. My cut was flat with no texture either. Don’t know the girls name but will stick to my usual Toni and Guy hairdressers in future. Expensive £60 for looking and feeling awful

And so is Paul’s haircuts, I am very happy with his understanding of my head shape awesome cuts man!

This afternoon I had a full head of hi-lights & my roots done by Aleisha.

Aleisha has been doing my hair every three months since the beginning of the year, I originally saw her at Toni & Guy in the Angel, and when I heard she had been moved to Toni & Guy Farringdon I followed in her gorgeous wake!

She is a very crafted & talented hair technician making highlights look very natural indeed.

I am a proud customer of hers and if she was posted to Timbuktu I would follow her all the way there without question.

Good hairdressers are rare and she is most certainly the best at Toni & Guy!

Serena was great! The cut was exactly what I wanted and real care was taken with the finish!

I have been a client for 10 years. One cut from Joshua got me hooked and I kept coming back to him for my cuts. He is excellent and have never been disappointed. I worked close by before and now practically have to cross seven seas to get there, but it is worth it. Even those inspired by my cut went to Joshua and stuck to him. Apart from the cut, it is good service and very professional people. Highly recommend it
