First time at the salon and would definitely come back. Lulu was great at talking me through what we were going to do and executed it all really well. A good laugh was had trying to style my unstylable hair! Thanks again and I'll be back soon.
Maisie listened carefully to my ‘requests’ and gave thoughtful and knowledgeable advice on both cut and styling.
The staff seem happy in their environment, treat each other well and there is a positive, contented buzz in the salon.
Enrica gave me a fantastic haircut. She walked me through every stage of the cut and gave me the option to feel my hair so I could get a sense of the weight and length.
She is incredibly knowledgeable about hair and scalp care which I greatly appreciate. She also gave me some free samples of some care shampoo for sensitive scalps. I felt very reassured by her and will 100% be going back to her my next cut.
Desperately searching for a replacement for my recently retired hair stylist of 25 years, I may have found him! Andrew listened to me, even though I had no idea of what I wanted. He offered advice and explained his reasons. I left my hair to him and left he salon with a complete refresh. It feels and looks great. Best haircut I have had for a long time. He even made me feel better about my tentative plan to embrace the grey!
Also love the vibe in the salon. Decor lovely and all staff v smiley and friendly.
Lovely thoughtful curious about what I wanted and also really fast, showed me exactly how to style the new look and gave suggestions based on my daily routine. An angel!

Love my new hair cut from Andrew. He was great at asking about what I wanted and suggesting some good options (I'm 4 months post partum so he asked about any hair loss which was really great). I also had to bring my little one along with me and everyone was lovely and welcoming and I didn't feel like it was a burden to anyone. Thank you!

Hello. I visited last Friday and saw Lulu for the first time who was very friendly and warm. She immediately understood the look I wanted. When she was drying my hair I mentioned that I was super happy with the colour at the ends but had hoped it would be a little brighter on top. She explained why she had taken the approach she had (which I totally agreed with) without being at all defensive and even offered me a pot of little brightener to use at home. She also said I could come back if I was unhappy in the coming days which really reassured me and when I got home and over the next few days I was really happy with both the cut and colour and got lots of compliments from people. I was really impressed with both the treatment and the staff at this salon and would love to come again.

My first visit to the hairdressers in a long time, from the moment I booked my appointment with the lovely receptionist, who was very patient and attentive, I didn’t catch her name but she really settled my nerves and made me feel very welcome. All staff I spoke to offered me a drink and chatted to me even though it was very busy in the salon. The stylist I had was Vicky, She was fantastic, very knowledgeable and could offer lots of advice and even went as far to show me potential looks I could try to achieve on Pinterest. Laura was brilliant! She listened to my hair concerns and addressed them perfectly. Laura also recommended products for my curly hair which I purchased after my haircut. The hair washing was not done by Laura, but it felt quite rushed (I was out of my appointment in under an hour) and not firm enough on the massage.

I love my cut and colour by Kate! She talked me through my colour options and I realised that i don’t need lots of colour in my hair to obtain the look I want, which will also make my hair healthier. What a lovely salon! My only criticism is that they should have a price for pensioners as it's very dear if you are not employed.

Frederico gave me an excellent haircut. He started with a dry cut which is actually what I wanted but didn’t even think it was an option. He cut into the natural wave in my hair and the layers at the front look flawless! Loved it
