As usual my experience at Karen's salon was absolutely lovely from start to finish.
I decided to try a different look and Karen and Anna did not disappoint.

I had a great time. It is a long treatment but such a pleasant place. I was kept hydrated and loved leafing through the inspirational materials next to the treatment area table. It’s a peaceful and professional atmosphere.

Karen Wright, herself did my hair. As the times were coming close to the end of the working day, Karen made the effort to take me on as her last client of the day. Karen made me feel relaxed whilst handling my hair through a wash and condition. I was offered a hot drink after this. Had lovely conversation throughout the trim and style.

Separately Ms Karen Wright was able to advise me on the opening of my Dance Studio in the local town.

I had a great hair appointment today. I came for a full sew in weave. The consultation was good we talked about what style I was looking for and Karen has a gentle hand for braiding. She was also very accommodating when I had to take a couple of emergency calls. I am so pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend. Also super easy to book on the app. Accurate estimate of how long the appointment will take which is a game changer for our styling. Thank you

Really happy to have found Karen’s salon. It’s not far from home (my usual salon was over an hours drive) I’m in the chair at my appointment time, never longer than a couple of hours (really important for me) and Karen will always try entertain my ever changing hair ideas, each time. Asked for a root drag, realy disappointed at the results, colour has not been blended, just roots painted and look orange even after toning.

Great salon, I have visited a few times. Service is efficient and always on time.
I swim alot,so my hair gets damaged. I usually put my wet hair in a bun for work, because it is quick and easy.

Today I got a keratin treatment and that went well.

I also got a trim, and then a cut to even out the edges. It looks OK, if I wear my hair out.

Unfortunately when got home I realised it was too short to put in a bun. My hair style does not suit my lifestyle. It will grow back soon, but I will have a few awkward weeks of difficult styling. I did explain that my hair is always in a bun,so other styles do not appeal to me.

I enjoyed my experience at Karen Wright Salon - no need to be nervous! It's been years since I've been anywhere to have my hair done so was a teeny bit on edge. Karen put me at ease and did her thing. I'll be visiting again!! ?

Really great experience, my first time having braids. Karen was warm and friendly, which made me feel relaxed. I love my braids that Karen done and have booked again for her to do my weave to go on holiday.

Went to get a Silk Press & Trim with my mom who got her hair braided. Both styles turned out fantastic and 2 days later we are still enjoying the hair. The staff were super friendly and the conversation was positive and uplifting. Expect great service and ambience.

As usual, the service was excellent and the ambiance was calm & relaxing. Karen my stylist is professional & very welcoming. I came away feeling very pleased with my hair cut & the product she recommended although it’s was a bit pricey.
