The salon and stylist were lovely. The haircut was done very well but is shorter than I asked for - only just chin length when I asked for just above the shoulder which I don't think suits my face and has knocked my confidence a bit

Andi was amazing - I was a little nervous that quite a lot would have to come off the ends, but she somehow managed to get rid of my split ends whilst maintaining the length of my hair! The blow dry was brilliant too and has lasted beautiful on day 2 😊

Aieasha was so nice and so receptive to what I wanted to do with my hair (and patient through me shoving reference tiktoks in her face). The cut turned out exactly how I wanted and the time went quickly because we were having such a fun little convo. I had another cut I was disappointed with recently (at another hairdresser) so it was extra great to feel so heard/so happy with the final cut.

Aieasha has done a brilliant job on my hair with minimal brief and input from me - the brief was basically “please do my hair” … and Aieasha understood exactly what to do. Have had many compliments already.
Aieasha was also very understanding that I had to work through most of our appointment and that I had minimal time and needed to be out within 4 hours - we managed 3.5
Really brilliant all round and I am looking forward to my next appointment already (which Aieasha booked for me on the spot because I am so terrible at remembering to be organised about this!)

Came here for the first time today and absolutely love my hair. The colour has come out perfect and my hair is dark so takes an experienced colourist to get it right. Head massage was really good and coffee was nice. And I like to chill when I get my hair done and Tom knew when to chat and when to leave me with my book.

Had an amazing experience with Tom and the salon in general. Managed to nab a last minute appointment at the Deptford salon having been to enquire at the Herne Hill branch. I’d had a first round of balayage (what Tom explained were more like a full head of highlights) from another salon earlier but this had left my hair very ashy and not well blended. Tom did an amazing job blending the existing bleach into my natural hair colour, adding some more natural looking pieces, generally blending the whole thing together and correcting the tones to give me a more honey coloured blonde. Both Tom and the other stylist who washed/dried my hair we extremely gentle so aside from the great result, the process was also super relaxing.
