A great place and an asset to Devonshire Road
Since I was a young lad I have never liked getting my haircut. Simply one of those things. But once a year the long-ish hair gets chopped and snipped and made nice, neat and tidy.
Genco is the perfect place for me to get this done. Lovely staff and a very nice atmosphere. Chatty without being intrusive and always engaging. I'm sure that the excellent Dominika must think 'uh oh' when I wander in with such a head of hair! But she does a brilliant job, I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience, and leave a refreshed man.

Probably the nicest experience I’ve had in a salon today, the lovely Johnathan went above and beyond his duty as hair stylist today. His attention to detail on every aspect of my experience was very impressive, he did it while listening to me gander on about personal matters and even engaged in the conversation with some very good advice. Massage chair now doesn’t seem to work. Hotel towel forgotten.

Excellent service as always. Keep coming back again and again. Also got to have eyebrow tinting in the same visit as proactively asked if I wanted one by Jordan.
There are some places that end up focusing more on the value add on services and forget the core offering however for Genco the cut is always perfect. Specially Kasia, always leaves me feeling like I can't get my cut anywhere else.
Long time customer, no longer. Really poor service now. Everything just seems less slick when I go in. From the attitude to the front desk staff to the (lack of) drinks and most importantly the cut and finish.
Have used Genko for many years and always Dom for cuts. Have never been disappointed, highly recommend both.
Have been getting my hair cut here for about 5 years. Standards have really dropped in the last 6 months. Lots of new disinterested staff. Last 2 haircuts, when I’ve got home I’ve found longer bits of uncut hair around my ears that should have been cut in the salon & not a home job when
I’ve spent £45 on haircut. No massage chair when having rinse through. Staff smelling of cigarettes.... won’t go back now I’m afraid. It was a good (but pricey) salon. Bows it’s just a waste of money
I’ve been going to Genco for a number of years and very much enjoy the service. This was no different.
It would be great to see a reward introduced to loyal customers though.

Seeing Tina for eyebrow reshape - worth making 1h journey from East London for a 15 minute appointment, every time!!! No matter how far you’ve got to travel from, Tina is the best eyebrow stylist I’ve dealt with, bar none - and I’ve had a few, some of them with disastrous results. She’s got a very careful hand, great knowledge of styles and optics, is quick but very precise at the same time and a fantastic person. Been seeing her for half a year once a month now and wouldn’t change her for anyone else, ever!

I’ve had my hair cut here any number of times and although I have my favourite stylists it doesn’t really matter who you get. The result is always great. Only marked 1 star down on value for money but I’m a bit out of touch on comparisons. I have no issue with the charges though. Very friendly and can do attitude. Good music choices too.
Great salon in Chiswick, I only go for a beard trim, haircuts no longer requierd these days, a really nice place great staff

A visit to Genco is always the highlight of the month for me. This is a real grown up gents barbershop with skilled craftsmen who care about the service they deliver. I would highly recommend them.
I have been coming to Genco for over a year, on average once a week or fortnight for hair cuts and beard trims. Bharat, the manager is always accommodating and the staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommend
Great massage with very firm pressure to work that soreness out of the muscles. Also very relaxing. Great local facility. Enjoy a Gin and Tonic afterwards as well with the friendly staff.
