Really good as usual, takes a lot of care with my difficult fringe, excellent cut, and evening appoint was a good experience, but as a pensioner do sometimes worry about the cost.

It’s important for teenagers to have positive experiences and feel confident to visit a hair salon. Brooke was engaging, friendly and listened to what my daughter wanted. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and happy with her hairstyle.

Courtney was great. I’m not a huge chatter box and prefer to have a “quietish” and relaxing experience at a salon and you can’t get that in most places. Courtney was lovely but kept chatting to a minimum, which I really liked. Will be going again.

A happy greeting and pleasant ambiance is always awaiting at Tribe Chislehurst. And today was no exception except for one this time. The very young person who defoild my hair and washed it was, I would describe, as curt rather than rude. Her instructions were rapped out without please or thank-you. Her hair washing skills were more akin to a canine parlour- very ‘ruff’ with sharp comands. She then administered a complimentary hair ‘treatment’s and commanded me to sit where I was for five minutes. Sometime I realised my cup of tea was cooling down so another young person released me so that I could escape and talk to your delightful lady on reception.
I would suggest some help with social and conversational skills when dealing with clients and the difference between a robust Alsatian and an elderly old soul with a stiff neck. I feel sure with guidance she will soon learn how Tribes pleasant atmosphere makes people happy.

After telling Allie about my hair problem, Allie was very attentive and explained how she could get the style to work for me.

My first visit to tribe and I had a fantastic haircut from Allie. She listened to what I wanted and was spot on with how she cut my short, fine hair, explaining exactly what she was doing throughout. The salon was friendly with a lovely atmosphere, I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Having achieved the style, my visit this time was to keep the style and tidy up. She knew exactly what areas needed attending to and once again dealt with these perfectly . Great service - thanks .

Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here and to Christopher for a few years now. He’s the best person I’ve ever had to style my hair and cuts it beautifully! All the stylists are lovely and very capable. The trainee girls are great too. There’s always a lovely atmosphere. And - I can’t miss out the lovely Abi on reception!! Yes it’s not cheap to have your hair coloured and cut - but it costs a lot for a bad result elsewhere too - I have no problem paying for what I receive in this lovely salon by my talented hairdresser - I always get lovely comments on my hair, and it stays the same till my next appointment because it’s cut so well.
Would TOTALLY recommend Tribe, Chislehurst to everyone!! It’s Aveda - I wouldn’t use any other colour and products - they’re the best!

I have been walking past this salon for years but wanted a fresh look. I have no problem with my current hairdresser in Bromley but fancied a change. So pleased I walked through the door.
