Jess really took the time to listen to me and worked her magic to meet my expectations! I love my new haircut and will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of years now after having a pretty bad experience at a different salon. I’ve stuck with Brooke for cut and colour from the start and she has always been so understanding and patient. She’s helped me grow out a bad cut, helped my hair look thicker after some hair loss and got my hair looking as best as it could ahead of my wedding.

I’ve also had my haircut by one other (sorry I forgot her name!) but she was also fantastic.

The atmosphere is always great and it’s just a genuinely happy, friendly salon that always delivers great results!

Emma was amazing and really caring when cutting my hair and doing a colour consultation. Even though it was busy in the salon, I did not feel like she was rushing or not paying enough attentuin to me. I will be back again.

Brooke gave me a fabulous hairstyle today. She patiently listened to the hairstyle I wanted and cut it to perfection. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Very pleased with haircut today and whole experience

A brilliant cut and highlights by Christopher- so pleased I decided to go shorter (again!). Would highly recommend Tribe.

From a simple description of an idea, my stylist used his advanced understanding of cutting hair and applied it to his knowledge of how my hair behaves and the outcome was spot on!

Jess has always been fabulous, extremely honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I am currently going through a colour correction as my blonde had built up over time (not by Jess). I showed Jess what I was hoping to achieve, and she told me exactly what needed to have done and provided me with a quote. The quote was on the punchy side especially with the lead up to Christmas, however Jess suggestion to break the price up and still achieve the result I was looking I could break the price up by having a few sittings. I fully trust her judgement and the patience she has shown me. Thank you Jess x

Hi First time meeting Brooke, she was very polite and professional. Made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to carry out the techniques according to my requests for what I wanted.
She has a warm, caring and attentive manner and was a pleasure to spend the several hours in the Salon. I would recommend to anyone wanted expertise and a genuinely nice and friendly stylist.

Brooke sussed out my attitude to hair care very quickly as needing low maintenance and provided excellent guidance on what would be sensible. She was really straightforward and it was a pleasure to have my hair cut by her.

A lovely relaxed hour in Tribe and, as usual, Chris checked how my hair had been since my last visit and treated and cut it accordingly - I will be back once more in 4 to 5 weeks time.

As always a good experience with Christopher who always takes his time and gives me a lovely hair cut. Nice and friendly and makes me feel relaxed.

I love to change my hair colour regularly and I would not go anywhere or to anyone else only Christopher I say I might do this and he advises me on what the colour entails and if it will suit me he is so knowledgeable and professional his advice is always welcome and I always come away feeling like a new woman . The salon is fabulous and very friendly would not go anywhere but Tribe Chilshurst and highly recommend it to all my friends. 5 star every visit.

Brooke is a fantastic hairstylist and I have absolute confidence in her ability to do great haircut. She is very friendly and only happy to offer advice and guidance.

Thanks to Chris for accommodating my good time keeping today. Not often do I turn up far too early for an appointment but he juggled all his clients and made me feel at ease for my error and I had beautiful hair to show for it at the end. Also great TV recommendations!! The salon is always a friendly place and Chris is great company to chat to whilst in the chair.
