Very happy with colour and cut

I’ve had Christopher cutting my hair for over 10 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He just gets my hair and always delivers exactly what I’m looking for. The whole experience at Tribe Chislehurst is great – friendly, professional and relaxed. I always leave feeling my best.

I had a fantastic cut by Danielle, as I always do - would thoroughly recommend this lovely, professional, friendly salon.

Christopher showed exceptional understanding, interpreting my ideas and applying his technical knowledge and experience of colour techniques to achieve the desired result.

Jesse is an incredibly talented colourist. She’s been amazing at helping restore my hair to a healthy condition while achieving a stunning blonde — no small feat given the breakage and over-processing I came in with. It’s a process but I have no doubt we’ll get there. On top of that, her blow-dry is hands down the best in town. I couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you, Jess!

Jess always looks after me well! That’s the reason why I return and the reason why I know that she can create exactly the look that I was hoping for. Apart from her professionalism and skills, she is also a pleasant person to deal with, always very welcoming and funny.

I love coming to see Jess as she gets my colour perfect and exceeds my expectations every single time! The salon is lovely and I have a fab experience everytime I come.

I visited the salon yesterday and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was even treated to biscuits and a pot of tea, which was a really nice touch.
I also had a wonderful head massage, which was so relaxing. Chris, the stylist, took the time to discuss the haircut I was hoping for and really listened to what I wanted. He also explained how best to blow dry my hair and which brushes to use, which I found really informative and helpful.
Most importantly, the haircut itself was amazing. I honestly felt like a million dollars when I left the salon. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Such a lovely haircut and blow dry. Brooke really took the time to talk to me about the condition of my hair and consulted with me about how much to take off and the style that would look good. She’s such a lovely person too and easy to talk to throughout.

Chris takes a lot of time to style your hair and is happy to suggest alternatives and new ideas. You always know you will receive the same quality and attention.

I’ve had the same hairdresser for years so was pretty nervous trying someone completely new. Brooke smashed my hair it looks and feels amazing.. Colour and cut are 10/10. I just re booked! All the other staff members are really lovely too! Thank you Tribe x

This is my four time getting my hair cut by Brooke and every time it is incredible!

Brilliant as always

Left in a massage chair for half an hour with a treatment on my head that I wasn’t even consulted on resulting in pulled neck and back ache for a week.

Everything went well today, until it was time to leave. At which point my mobile went pear shaped and I could not contact my taxi company. Jess, who is always kind and helpful sorted everything out for me with help from another stylist who’s name I do not know. The taxi office then cancelled my booking and they went through the whole process again. They were so kind and. I know how busy they were with clients of their own. Christopher is always happy to chat which I find very cheering and he was in good form today. He also helped sort out my troublesome debit card too. So I got my hair cut beautifully by Christopher and was spoilt by the good nature of of Jess and her colleague. My thanks to them for ensuring a very happy visit . So I had a great hair cut and was well looked after with all my difficulties.

This is my second time at Tribe, my first time was for a consultation with Jess and I was nervous about what to have done but Jess has been AMAZING from start to finish, she explained what she was doing and put me at ease. The result is one very happy client and looking forward to my next app in 5weeks .

I had my haircut done by a lovely young lady named Emily, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She gave me exactly the cut I asked for and took the time to explain every product she used, as I have damaged hair. She was very polite, professional, and attentive throughout. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

I completely messed up my appointment date…. I was a day early!! But Jess kindly fitted me in and did an amazing job with a great colour, cut and blow dry. This salon is a must, so friendly and always happy to suggest changes to your hair style. I also highly recommend Christopher who is also fantastic!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of years now after having a pretty bad experience at a different salon. I’ve stuck with Brooke for cut and colour from the start and she has always been so understanding and patient. She’s helped me grow out a bad cut, helped my hair look thicker after some hair loss and got my hair looking as best as it could ahead of my wedding.

I’ve also had my haircut by one other (sorry I forgot her name!) but she was also fantastic.

The atmosphere is always great and it’s just a genuinely happy, friendly salon that always delivers great results!

Emma was amazing and really caring when cutting my hair and doing a colour consultation. Even though it was busy in the salon, I did not feel like she was rushing or not paying enough attentuin to me. I will be back again.
