The salon has a warm welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. Leslie is excellent at his craft.He is knowledgeable and gives me good advice on How to care for my hair . Came in for roots touch up before my vacay. As always Paula is personable and fun to talk to and always does an amazing job. Also requested info about hair colour today and did a test with Lisa who advised me honestly about what I need to get done before achieving great results and I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I have been going to Lockonego for 16 years so yes I love the salon. And even though I recently stated seeing Lisa because Sophie left I am so happy. No matter who I see at Lockonego they are all fabulous. It’s not easy inheriting a client who has been seeing a colleague for many years but Lisa is amazing at listening to what i’m looking to do with my colour and has done a great job. I love my colour and the way she also styled my hair.

Cheyenne gave me the best shampoo I’ve ever experienced. Quite often at hairdressers they don’t realise how important a good shampoo is. It was therapeutic and relaxing, she has great hands and I wanted her to know just how much I appreciated her efforts to not just clean off the colour from my hair but helped me to relax. it was the worst service i have ever gotten., when i first arrived i talked to the owner of the salon and said i didn't use vella before and he said "we'll adjust the color", especially i paid for the supervisor to set the color. The woman applied wella number 5 to her highlighted blonde hair, almost black, she covered all my highlites, now my hair will not straighten out even if I dye it elsewhere.
I'm so angry that I want to complain to an official authority

Have been seeing Jeremy for at least 10 years. He convinced me not to be so blonde with great response from everyone, rescued my hair after self administered COVID dyes! My hair is in great condition, cut so it’s easy to self-manage and can’t recommend highly enough.

I had not cut my hair for over a year, and needed a change. I have curly hair, so it is difficult to get a great cut. Jonny immediately understood what I wanted and got to work. My new style looks and feels wonderful! The entire experience was five star!
