Wasn’t very happy with the colour, wanted a soft look keeping with the colour I had on the ends but just ashing it out a bit. It’s upsetting as I thought he was a colour corrector from what I read on his profile but it seems he threw in the highlights and didn’t blend it to a base which I’d asked for in order for it to look soft. Really upsetting
