Emma has now been doing my highlights for 3 years. My hair makes such a difference to my mood as I feel it changes your appearance more than anything else. I feel Emma now knows exactly what I do, and most importantly don't, like. Over summer when I came to her saying I was thinking about having balayage she very openly said I will do it but I don't think you will like it, however I understand what you are trying to get at and I have a solution. It was exactly what I wanted and have received so many compliments over the past few months. It is a real partnership of her knowledge and expertise, and her relationship with me.
