Cheered me up with a nice cut etc after I had lost a lot of hair due to illness. Sympathetic and gave lots of tips on how to handle my hair until it recovers.

My first time here and I was impressed by this little gem of a salon. I was not expecting such attention to detail, from a divine head massage, as part of my wash/mask application, through to Emma’s gentle approach to a nice haircut. I will return soon if they will have me. Five stars!

These girls are honestly the absolute best! Old school blow dries using round brushes, perfection every time. Been going for years now and would never stray!

The best experience ever! Emma was amazing and advised me on what to do with my hair, she was so lovely, so friendly and I honestly had the best experience. Everyone in the salon was so nice- Emma even covered the mirror when drying and styling my hair so I couldn’t see the end result until it was done. It was so worth it because I absolutely loved it and was even happier with it than I thought I would be! Can’t wait to go back

I visited the salon yesterday for a haircut and blow dry. Emma took time to discuss what I wanted. Lovely hair wash and head massage, pampered with a nice coffee and biscuits then a great blow dry. Left feeling great!

I have been going to Salon26 for the last 3 years and I’ve never felt so valued.. not just as a customer but as a person. My hair has been a working project and with Charlotte workinf her magic everytime I feel that she has personalised not only my amazing winter colours but my summer colours too… which I am totally in love with.
Salon 26 are a very warm and welcoming salon which i think is hard to find and im super pleased I did. I feel like a million dollars with lots of hair confidence when I walk out of there.

My first visit to the salon didn’t go well — the stylist I saw unfortunately left my hair in a really bad state, and I was genuinely upset with the result.
However, the salon owner, Emma, reached out and asked me to come back so she could fix it. I really appreciated the fact that she took responsibility and wanted to make things right.
When I returned, the experience was completely different. Emma was professional, reassuring, and clearly very skilled. She explained what had gone wrong and how she could repair the damage, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
Since then, I’ve been seeing Emma regularly as part of my hair repair journey, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. My hair is improving every visit, and I feel much more confident now.
What started as a disappointing experience has turned into a really positive one thanks to Emma’s care and expertise. I’m genuinely grateful — and I’m now a regular, happy customer.

Emma and Charlotte always do the most amazing Blow Dry and it lasts for a good few days. Is a must for a day/night out. Thank you ladies. Xx
