Emma amazing as always, this time had a lot of my hair cut short. Was definitely a change for me Emma advised me the length she was going to cut and I love it thank you so much. April did an amazing head massage fell asleep. All the staff are lovely thanks again ladies x x

I have been going to Salon26 for the last 3 years and I’ve never felt so valued.. not just as a customer but as a person. My hair has been a working project and with Charlotte workinf her magic everytime I feel that she has personalised not only my amazing winter colours but my summer colours too… which I am totally in love with.
Salon 26 are a very warm and welcoming salon which i think is hard to find and im super pleased I did. I feel like a million dollars with lots of hair confidence when I walk out of there.

My first visit to the salon didn’t go well — the stylist I saw unfortunately left my hair in a really bad state, and I was genuinely upset with the result.
However, the salon owner, Emma, reached out and asked me to come back so she could fix it. I really appreciated the fact that she took responsibility and wanted to make things right.
When I returned, the experience was completely different. Emma was professional, reassuring, and clearly very skilled. She explained what had gone wrong and how she could repair the damage, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
Since then, I’ve been seeing Emma regularly as part of my hair repair journey, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. My hair is improving every visit, and I feel much more confident now.
What started as a disappointing experience has turned into a really positive one thanks to Emma’s care and expertise. I’m genuinely grateful — and I’m now a regular, happy customer.

Emma and Charlotte always do the most amazing Blow Dry and it lasts for a good few days. Is a must for a day/night out. Thank you ladies. Xx

As always a most enjoyable trip to the fabulous salon 26….whilst the interior may have changed recently due to a newly refurbished salon, the excellent service from a highly experienced friendly team has never changed in the 10 years I have been coming here. I've been coming to Salon 26 since it opened. I won't let anyone else touch my hair, they're knowledgeable, attentive and really know how to make you feel at home. The ladies are lovely and down to earth and this is absolutely a 5* Salon! Thanks Em and Charlotte for giving me the best colour and cuts for over a decade....you're superstars <3

I was nervous to try a new salon, but Emma put me at ease. she did an AMAZING job and really made my hair beautiful. she had great advice for the style too. I will absolutely be back! honestly, everyone at this salon is incredibly nice and welcoming.

Honestly, not happy with their service as I didn't get curls after finishing blow-dry 😐.Never expected this. Just a wash n cut n bit blow-dry as everyone does at home. Not salon style.

Mel is a very talented hairstylist and a lovely person. She made me feel relaxed straight away. She understood what I wanted completely and I left feeling very happy with the results.

I am so happy with my hair! Mel was fantastic after I was let down with a very bad cut job from elsewhere. She listened to all of my concerns and talked me through everything she was doing as she did it which was very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend her to any friends/ family looking for a stylist. The receptionist was also really kind and friendly which put me at ease from the start. Went for a whole new change today. Charlotte calmed my nerves and had prepared colour ideas in advance. Cared for from start to finish. It’s always a joy to go to Salon 26, relaxing AND I always come out with the best of colours and styles! Thank you so much. A change from blonde to copper was exactly what was needed!

My 3 daughters and me wouldn't go anywhere else. The stylists listen to what we each want, offer advice, and give the most amazing haircuts. We always leave with big smiles and fabulous hair.

Emma did a wonderful job, I had colour, cut and blow dry and she did as I wished! Everyone is very kind, it was good to have some to relax and have my hair looking great!
