I’ve been a customer of BIBA for 10 years, longer than any other hairdresser in my very long life. The quality if the cut is superb and consistently so. The salon gives the impression of being laid-back and easy- going while paying attention to detail and a providing a level of customer intimacy that is unusual in such a central location. And the music is great too.

I have very straight hair that is fine and I am a wash and go type of person. Mark knows how to cut my hair so it keeps its shape. He recommended an excellent shampoo and conditioner for my fine hair. Even though we no longer live in London I still make the trip to get my hair done here.

There are so many of us who go back again and again because of their investment in people, relationships, personal care and their genuine interest in hair and well being. Excellent Hair Dressers, I had Ieva for a bob haircut she made sure that it was always perfect and that I was happy with the progress all the way through, they gave me heaps of advice and a sample pack for my dry hair issues

Best hairdressers in town .Sue has been perming, cutting , colouring and bleaching my hair magnificently since she very first opened shop, back when we BOTH had curly perms . Both our cuts have since evolved :o) She cut my 80 year old mother's hair so beautifully that my dad fell in love with her again - my mum, that is . Great place, friendly, lovely people - go there !

As a longstanding customer, what I enjoy is the friendly and constistly high service. Sue is a fantastic stylist and Nick a very intuitive and sound colourist. Always hapoy with service, which includes nice coffee and cold fresh water on tap!

Booked a last minute appointment here for my first visit. Ieva was very helpful, advised on what would suit my hair type and generally attentive to my needs. The finished colour looked gorgeous and the cut was just right.

I have cut my hair, waxed, done my nails and I have been really pleased every time. All the staff is really nice. The English lady that does the nails, she is amazing. My nails never have been better.

Colour is perfect. Loved the way my whole head - even the bottom at the back - was shampooed. Really appreciate the quality of the conversation: not the usual dreary small talk about weather, hols, etc.

I’ve been going to bibas on and off for over a decade, since my grey hair kicked in I’ve made it a bit more regular. My last visit in March wasn’t great - but I thought I would give it one last chance, and I am thrilled that I did.
Ieva is one of the junior haircut stylists and colourists, she greeted me warmly and took a genuine interest in my hair and how I felt about it.
Her professionalism and skill set shone through coupled with her calm and caring personality.

I went in for a regrowth basic colour and 2 inch trim - l came out with half my hair cut off and the haircut/style of a summer goddess!!!

Ieva took the time to listen to me and encouraged me to be brave and try something new without pressuring me or
up-selling.
I am the most basic person you’ll meet but my hair is my security shield and Ieva respected that and took amazing care of it.
She spent extra time with me and answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble.

She’s an absolute asset to Bibas and I’m so happy to have finally found the perfect stylist for me and my hair.
