The stylists and colorists here are extremely well trained and pleasant, chatty but not too much, really take the time to get to know your hair and lifestyle to advise you on what will work. Tilly is an artist with colour, she has created a graceful aging journey for my dark but greying hair that I often get complimented on. Lovely relaxed environment too and proper tea and coffee!

I’ve been visiting Aitch for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Tilly, who does my colour, is the loveliest. She is so knowledgeable, so talented, and I always love what she does.
Aimee, who cuts my hair, is the most diligent hairdresser! She is such a perfectionist and I appreciate that so much. She’s wonderful to talk to- I always look forward to seeing her.

I have been going to Aitch for a number of years now. The team are friendly and knowledgeable, and I always leave happy with my cut and highlights. When I was getting married last year, my colourist was really helpful on working out timings and little tweaks that could be made to make sure my hair was as perfect as possible for the big day. I have sent my family to Aitch and they have all been very happy with the service and results.

I enjoy coming to ‘Aitch Aitch’ . My stylist is extremely good. And she makes me feel good as I walkout the shop.

I have been coming to Aich and Aich for many years .As always I have every confidence in Lyn to give me a great cut.

I had booked a blow dry for the day of my son's wedding many weeks before the day. I had also been in to the salon and had a discussion about my just shoulder length extensions. I was told there would be nothing different in the styling with the few extensions I had in.
The day before the wedding I got an email from someone called "reception" telling me my booked stylist was no longer available but someone else would do my blow dry. This was very disappointing and left me no time to find my own alternative stylist.

My hair was blow dried and when I went to pay I was charged £64. I normally pay £47. When I asked the person on reception she had no idea why I was being charged so much and neither did the person who blew dry my hair.

In the end they decided it must be because I had some extensions in. No one had told me in advance that the blow dry would be £64. And no
body really seemed to know at the time. After the £5 tip that's almost £70 for a blow dry.

I feel that I was deceived about my chosen stylist not being there until the last minute and I feel it was dishonest to add £17 to a blow dry at the till for no reason and without consultation.

I love visiting Aitch &Aitch salon in Beckenham. It’s very stylish and so friendly.
I have my hair cut by Lynn. She is a great stylist and always gives good advice on how to maintain my hair at home .

My appointment was on time. Aimee carefully listened to what I wanted and the result was exactly as I wanted. Will definitely return. The salon is very nice and looked well cared for.

Poppy is professional, talented, and so easy-going. She always makes every visit relaxed and enjoyable. The salon has a great vibe and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Usually have Poppy, Ellie or Stacy. Hair always comes out amazing, special mention to Poppy as she listens and knows how I like my hair.

I really enjoy visiting the salon. For my last appointment, I was getting highlights and cut. Lynn and Stacy discussed both cut and colour with me in detail, weighing up possibilities and together we agreed on the way forward. I am absolutely delighted with my highlights which I experienced for the first time and the cut is superb. I am always treated with respect and I particularly enjoy my chats with Lynn and Stacy as we go. I admire their professionalism, easy manner, detailed approach and talent. I always leave walking on air.
