I visited the salon with my daughter- me for cut & colour and my daughter for her first official haircut. My son had to come along too. All three of us were made to feel so welcome. My son was offered drinks and a chair alongside us while we were getting our hair done. Super friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We all left very happy. Thanks Lacey and Shannon. We’ll be back!
Connie is absolutely brilliant, she will always discuss what I would like done before we start. Takes her time, never rushes, her calming attitude makes for a great atmosphere.

Emma was very helpful during my consultation. She took the time to listen to what I wanted. For my actual appointment Emma took her time and did a great job with my cut and colour. I've recently moved to Tewkesbury so it's good to find a hairdresser I am pleased with.

Izzie was absolutely amazing from the first consultation to the big day she advised on how my daughter wanted her wedding hair to help and advice with how the bridesmaid hair should be. She is a kind and beautiful person who not only coped with mother of brides many many questions but it helps to have someone your relaxed with especially on the wedding day as it’s so full on despite your planning. We want to mention the team also as we had a relaxing wash and blow dry the day before which was a relaxing extra to the whole experience so I can only Thank you again for helping the day be absolutely PERFECT
From the moment we arrived in the salon, we were welcomed and offered beverages which helped enhance my son's experience. Shannen was so calm and versatile with her method of cutting my son's hair from letting him hold the spray bottle (and spray loads of water on the mirror, sorry again but thank you for having more patience in that moment than I would) all the way to the various hair cutting positions Shannen utilised. He also loved the hot chocolate treat afterwards, as evidenced by him draining the cup dry. So thank you again everyone and especially Shannen.

I was nervous on my arrival having a bad experience at another salon 5 years ago was made very welcome and the stylist Connie made me feel at ease told her how I felt and how it took me a long time to pluck up the courage to have my hair cut which was really long nearly down to my lower back I wanted a restyle and told her how I wanted it and she done an amazing job carnt thankyou enough it looks so good and feels good I feel like a new woman and it's built my confidence up to come back c you soon thanks Connie
Shannen kept me informed throughout from the initial wash,the oriducts used and their purpose through to cutting and styling. Pleased with the result.
Shannen is a professional. She worked on my haircut as well as showed me different ways to style my hair and what products would work best.

I’ve had a busy time recently with the stresses of a new job and change in schedule. Seeing Emma was like greeting a friend and my session was a perfect mix of chat whilst my colour was going on and meditative relaxation in the massage chair and whilst drying. Absolutely love my new soft caramel locks, a wonderful experience as always, thank you Emma and BLOW x

After a long time of being very indecisive about whether my brown and very gray roots should go lighter, swaying towards blonde (tried it and not a fan) or ask for my hair to blend in with my natural root growth, Lacey blended in brown foils with an ash effect toner over previous blonde highlighted hair tones to give me the look lve been wanting to achieve for a good few years, l've had nothing but positive comments about my new look, l think finally feel me again and I can't thank Lacey enough for listening to me.
