After a recent stay in hospital my hair was totally out of control. Charlie knew exactly what to do and made me feel like me again.

I spent four hours in the salon having my hair transformed by Shannon. She helped me decide what would be best for me and talked me through a root stretch with highlights lowlights and a toner. I was so impressed with her diligence and attention to detail. It was a complex job on my long thick and very tired looking hair. Shannon was really patient and did a brilliant job. It was the best salon experience I’ve had

It was the first time Emma cut and coloured my hair, she cut quite a bit off as I requested and blended greys with blonde and I am extremely happy with the result.

As a newcomer to the area, I have been made so welcome here, by Lacey and all her colleagues. So important when you are trying to start out somewhere new. A great experience all round - highly recommended.

Conny has been looking after my hair most of the way through her training, she has always done a fantastic job with my colour even when doing tricky colours avoiding hair extensions. I had my colour done this week and it’s fab again!! I’m super fussy but Conny always does a fabulous job likewise so does Izzie who is my usual stylist, all in all they are a fab team, welcoming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! X

Izzie asked me if I had any ideas for a hairstyle and I showed a photo of a layered bob and I explained my lifestyle and needs which Izzie listened too completely. I explained my natural white hair was tinged yellow and Izzie used a fabulous product which I purchased later as it .was so brilliant. My haircut made me feel very glamorous and invested in and I left with a very happy, smile on my face!

I had been to a different hairdresser’s and had left feeling upset with side bangs i had asked for that weren’t cut correctly. Charlie got me straight in and was so understanding and friendly. She fixed them straight away and i left feeling so happy. I shall now be returning there in the future to see charlie.

Great salon. Always very welcoming. Always very professional. Charlie does my hair and the cut and colour is perfect everytime. I tend to swop and change cut and colour a lot and I trust her 100%. I had really bad damaged hair. Becky spent lots of time to say what she can do for me. The results are amazing more than I could of dreamed of. She is an outstanding hairdresser and i am very lucky to have found her to do my hair. Staff all friendly and will make you feel a million dollars.

I have never had a salon colour done before. It was a suggestion by Charlie on my last visit to come in and have an appointment with Connie as she is training in this area at the present time. I was greeted by Connie who took me to my chair to discuss along with Becky what we wanted to achieve from today. Connie listened to her instructions and carried them out with great confidence and professionalism. I found her to be most charming and engaging, answering questions that I asked as my hair journey took place. I was so pleased with the colour and finish, she listened to my preferences on how I would like my style to look. I felt good when I stepped out of the door. Well done Connie a very satisfied client.

As always Charlie was delightful, wonderful and did a brilliant job. I am not sure I would have the toner again as I feel it has made my hair a bit dark with too much of a lavender hue but that's not Charlie's fault as I agreed to it.

It was such a joy to find a salon and a stylist that made me feel so welcome. I’ve just moved to the area and Blow was recommended to me. I’m so glad I went. Emma seemed to understand just what I needed - a new look in my new home for the new year.
