I was really excited about my nail and eyelash appointment immediately after making the booking. I had called up asking for a last minute appointment and the team were so flexible and accommodating.
The decor of the salon is really unquie and I feel reflects the standard and quality of the treatments you receive.
I asked for a shattered glass effect on my nails and instead of a pursing of the lips to say there was not enough time, Penny had all the equipment out trying out how the colour would look. Her attention to detail was exceptional.
In addition, I had my eyelashes topped up. Despite my crying eyes (not the salons fault) Penny was very patient with me and did a great job. They are full and fanned out, you can tell she is a perfectionist.
If this hasn't convinced you then you should book to at least try them out because they have a 20% discount for your first visit (check if it's still available). I can already tell that Steampunk Rooms is going to be my go to salon!

The nail technician was fantastic (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name). She stayed focused on the nails, but also held conversation during my appointment and was polite and friendly. She didn't rush them and made sure they were perfect. Most salons I've been to use a drill to file the nail bed which I found really painful as they drill too far down. You don't get that at The Steampunk Rooms, she filed them manually and not too thin. She listened to what I wanted and got it spot on. I love my rose gold chrome nails for prom. I think the discounted price was great value and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Just had my first ever SteamPunk Rooms experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff, with excellent service. Great hair recommendations made and high attention to detail when removing my gel nails. I'd recommend these highly.

I had my hair done today, just my t-section and the service was amazing! A text reminder a couple of days before really helped! Lovely friendly salon, cups of tea and plenty of gossip, just what you want! Whilst there I even had my nails done (without an appointment!) and kate just took my foils off whilst I was having my manicure! Multi tasking at its best!

This was my fourth visit to Steampunk Rooms today. As always, very relaxing, friendly atmosphere and always love my hair after it has been done! I've never been rushed and always leave feeling truly pampered and a million dollars. The salon itself is lovely inside too! Looking forward to trying out some beauty treatments :).
