My hair has a natural kink and can be on the frizzy side , but she works her magic and I always leave with a perfectly smooth ,graduated bob .

I was a returning Regis Salon customer. I had a very negative experience in another salon near me, which resulted in 12 months without even a trim. I liked Lily straight away, professional,efficient and most importantly, we had a great chat! Lily listened and advised, and before I knew it, the long hair with split ends was on the floor! We had talked about hair colour ( I embraced my grey during lockdown, the crown and my fringe was snow white (I was a red head back in the day) Lily did a skin test on my wrist, I was booked in for Saturday morning 48hrs away. Well I had my colour done (gun metal grey, that is my name for it,and I love it! I won't be invisible anymore. Thank you Lily, you restored my faith and confidence in hair salons, you worked a Christmas miracle! What an amazing ambassador you are for Regis Salons! Be proud young lady. I will see you again in 2024, and I promise you, I won't delay for a year again! Merry Christmas!

I went for the first time. It is a Bank holiday Monday. The service was excellent. My hair wash, cut and blow dry was brilliantly done. She was so gentle with my hair and she make sure the cut was right to my expectations at the end. Very patient and gentle. I was over the moon. I think her name is Danielle, not sure. She has long hair too. I will definitely go again and recommend others to try.

Donna has an innate ability to understand what is best for my hair. She uses her obvious talent to make me feel and look great. She's also a warm and friendly person and we have a good chat at each appointment!
