Nicholas did a full colour on my hair and it’s the most perfect chocolatey brown EVER!! It’s stunning and just what I wanted😍 Sophie cut and dried my hair and it’s gorgeous, so so silky and smooth and it’s just beautiful! A young blonde lady washed my hair for be but I didn’t catch her name, she was lovely! Couldn’t recommend the MB salon enough, will 100% be returning!

I’ve been a client for almost 2 years now- having followed Jess from a previous salon. Each visit I feel welcomed by the reception staff- friendly and always time to have a chat! Jess is always her usual bubbly down to earth self- I look forward to my visits and my hair always looks amazing- I leave the salon feeling looked after and so happy with my hair cut and colour. The atmosphere in the salon is calm friendly and relaxed- I so enjoy my visit each time, thank you. 😊

Beautiful surroundings with very attentive and professional, friendly staff. Helen is a delight, lovely lady and a super stylist, was nice to have a hairdresser explain what could be done, what the best steps would be and deliver a haircut that suited my needs. I normally use the glos branch and started using chelt branch on the last 2 occasions. First visit, jess cut my hair and did a beautiful cut. Amazing service and friendly. Her skills as a professional was impressive as she made suggestions and showed me styles that would suit me. On my second visit I wanted jess again to proceed with a new pixie cut style. She listened and understood my needs for a low maintenance cut with a little softness. I have naturally curly hair and fight with the curls and always lose! I left the salon feeling great, like I'd just walked off the show '10 years younger'. I wouldn't use anyone else again to cut my hair, she not only made me feel confident and stylish. She was really easy to talk to and had a lovely natter too. Fantastic experience and my only regret was I didn't have cash and couldn't leave a tip. The only thing I'd wish you could change is to be able to tip using a card as I never carry cash and really wanted to reward her to thank her for making me feel really special. My husband said it was the best style and cut I've ever had and I had quiet a few compliments that day as a result of her great work.

This was my first visit to the Cheltenham branch; from the start, Helen looked after me and listened to what I wanted from the visit. She gave me a lovely head massage, the cut and styling were excellent, and all the time we had a lovely chat. I shall definitely be back

Nicholas was really good and understood what I wanted. I have had my hair done many times but this was my first time at Mark Blake. I was made te feel very welcomed and felt that Nicholas really took the time to listen to me. The price was a bit more than what I'd previously been quoted but I was happy with this as it took a lot of time and effort to do my hair and the results were stunning.
