The salon is always a calm and welcoming space.
My usual hairdresser was sadly away, Elliot kindly tackled my haircut whilst taking care to listen to my views.

Elliot is a great hairstylist. From listening to what you want to executing it in a way that is right for your hair. I'd trust Elliot with my hair any day. I usually turn up with a vague idea but Elliot always manages to do his magic and I come out with more than I could ask for. Thank you so much!

I had my hair cut today with Elliot and it was the best experience I could ask for! As having not had a professional haircut in many years, he made me feel very relaxed, listened to and comfortable. Calm atmosphere and it was exceptionally clean. I love my new hair cut and I shall be coming back. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a very high standard of service

Living in Cheltenham I've often felt like I don't fit in with the typical Cheltenham style so it was so lovely to go to a salon where I could be my normal self. I had such a lovely time with Elliot, we fell straight into easy conversation, and he could see my vision for my hair even when I couldn't explain it properly! The final result is absolutely gorgeous, especially considering the difficult task of sorting out my VERY grown-out roots! Thank you again Elliot!

At Hiley Hair Club I had a fantastic experience, Elliot cut my hair and really listened to what I wanted with my hair shape. With naturally curly hair, it’s hard to find a stylist who really knows what they’re doing but Elliot was very skilled and knowledgeable with great results.

Fantastic stylist great polite staff, and you get biscuits with your coffes.

Firstly, a lovely wash from Saskia, great cut and blow dry from Elliot, listens to what I want and delivers every time.

Colour choices and technique for covering awkward grey hair was fully discussed - depth of colour was great and multi tonal which is what I wanted.

Gee is such a lovely person who makes me feel welcome every time I come in to the salon. I love how friendly and chatty she always is which makes my time feel so comfortable. The atmosphere of the salon is so relaxed and friendly which is perfect. I always love the colour of my hair and the cut always makes me feel amazing. My appointment with Elliot was amazing. He’s the first hairdresser in ages that genuinely listened to what I wanted and spent the time discussing it with me. I felt really relaxed in the salon and the end product was exactly what I had in mind. I would highly recommend him :)

It's a delight to have a hair appointment at the Hiley. It's an airy space and very comfortable. The stylists are busy yet the atmosphere is one of calmness and serenity. No sense of hassle or rush.
