Jade is always so amazing and talented with how she styles and cuts hair, especially as mine is notoriously frizzy and needs a lot of TLC! she gave me lots of layers and knows exactly how to give my hair direction to really bring out my salt and peppers. She is the loveliest and I can't recommend her enough, and she is so sweet!

I was pleased with my first visit to the salon. My stylist listened to what I wanted, even gave me tips on how to create waves in my hair myself. I prefer to just sit, relax and have my hair done rather than chat and Poppy appeared to be aware of this.

Today was the first time for me to be a client at Ella's. Sophie was new to me and I to her. Sophie had no idea how my hair takes to colour and the way it behaves. Yet Sophie listened to my ideas and made suggestions which absolutely paid off. The colour, cut and care was outstanding. Thank you Sophie.
I'm proud to say Ella's is now my local salon.

I had a balayage and cut with Poppy this morning. Poppy really listened to what I wanted during the consultation and worked with Mollie to make a plan for my Balayage as my hair has been coloured multiple times to lifts different colours. The result is perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The blend of the balayage into darker roots and the tone of the hair looks really good. I’m always very fussy when it comes to my hair colour and Poppy has got it exactly right!

Very pleased the way Mel cut my hair, also she is very informative with what she suggested. Will booked with Mel highlights in my hair and a haircut later. Thank you.

Letia was very knowledgeable and she knew how to cut my curly hair in order to give it the shape I wanted. She saved me from a previous bad haircut somewhere else, and I could really tell the difference weeks after! Thanks for the advice also on how to take care of my frizzy hair.

I really enjoyed my salon experience with Lucia. I haven’t been to a salon or even had a cut for a long time due to feeling nervous with a scalp condition etc so I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. I am very pleased with my new style and will definitely be returning regularly. Not leaving it too long again !! X

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the salon. I was received well in a very friendly manner & soon had my first cappuccino-very good. Sophie introduced herself to me & we discussed what I’d had done before & what I wanted to have done today. She was great at listening & advising me. She had a lovely manner & conversation throughout the appointment was easy & interesting. I was very pleased with the end result & will look forward to seeing her again when I come for my next appointment which I’ve already booked.

Jade is amazing and sets her costumers totally at ease. After having 2 babies in 2 years, Jade has been able to control my postpartum hair and make me feel like pretty and ‘put together’ again. Thank you Jade, you are wonderful and such a very talented young lady x

Letia did my highlights last week. It had been a long time, maybe 5 months since my last colour so my roots were horrendous. She’s done an amazing job at blending everything in, it looks really bright and fresh and natural too. She’s also a really lovely friendly person to chat to.

Billie also gave me a beautiful head massage during my shampoo.

I really liked my new restyled hair cut suit’s my face better than a straight one length bob also enjoyed the nice large mug of decaf tea and biscuit .

My first time in this salon. So much better than many of the others who charge far higher prices, especially if you don't want to feel like you are on display in their window. The place is far larger than it looks with a lovely section at the end for hair washing which is like a zen spa! Really friendly staff, I'll be back.

Lucia was very helpful and knowledgeable of hair colour.
I had booked a root colour only but having recently been in the sun. The ends had faded, so Lucia suggested putting colour through the length to darken it down. Not easy when I also have highlites, she was very careful to weave the highlites out so No colour went into them. She was extremely patient as it took some time and paid huge attention to detail
A toner applied, cut and blow dry and really happy with the result I love it.
