Ella Hair & Beauty Salon

Being a beauty novice, I needed a stylist to talk me through how to become my best self after a long post-partum era. Jade’s talent in colour matching, advising treatments and cuts to suit my life and limited time for beauty regime were thoughtful and brilliant. She gives me a quiet confidence and has made me feel myself again - I cannot recommend her enough - such attention to detail and such talent. Thank you so much Jade.

I don't live in the area, but was referred by my daughter, a more regular client. I was made welcome with a nice cuppa. Sophie listened to what I wanted, then led me to a low light, relaxing shampooing room. Shampooing was very thorough, with a satisfying head massage included. Sophie cut my hair exactly as I'd hoped. Her experience and expertise were much appreciated. I was delighted with the result. Recalled about sustainability, which I certainly approve of, and Sophie even gave me advice on how to use my own hairbrush combings!
Overall, I had an excellent visit, and thank you to all staff for such a pleasant experience.

It was my first time at this Salon, I was a model for Phi, with Daniella over seeing the cut, both were very professional, and warm. The head massage Phi gave was so nice, and the twinkling lights made for a very relaxed vibe.
I am extremely happy with my hair now. And would definitely recommend a visit.

15 minutes, a dry trim on a 4 year old. Jade was lovely, outcome was fine but £23 was a shock. I won’t be back

We had started a grey blend plan but we see how we go at each visit to reassess and plan. I usually have at least one or two appointments booked in advance because I’m a committed Team Ella customer! All the girls who book me in, wash or rinse my hair, blow dry etc are fabulous als

Absolutely delighted with my experience today. Letia consulted with me prior to applying to colour, and we agreed to try a new variation. It turned out better than my expectations, as always, I love the blend of winter colours, darker than usual to match the season. And having the extra head massage was the icing on the cake

I decided to try Ella after seeing how much effort it puts into sustainability. They were very friendly and kind about accommodating both an appointment change and my late arrival. My stylist, Millie, was great - she really listened and made helpful suggestions. She also took a great deal of care styling my hair afterwards. I'm happy with the cut and would definitely recommend this salon.
