Thourghly enjoyed my visit today, it was first in a long time, but was made to feel so welcome from the minute I stepped into salon, Nicole done exactly as I'd asked and very friendly and made me feel at ease and special, thank you, it was also great catching up with Sarah x

Robyn is a lovely lady. She highlights my hair so perfect and the cut I had this time was fantastic. Took few years off me well so I'm told lol.. I so looking forward to going back end January. Thank you to all staff at the beautiful salon ?? Happy Christmas xx

Robyn was great with my Daughter as always, but there was someone drying abs curling hat hair abs the curls looked ‘half’ done and didn’t last as they normally do when Robyn does them.

Unfortunately this wasn't my best experience today... and I've been a client for many years.

I was basically squeezed into a make shift corner today as was no room for me (I understand thing's are difficult with current situation) but this was a pre arranged appointment so should of known numbers that were going to be in salon.

Also noticed that everyone else around me had drinks from the salon. Yet I was offered nothing... probably due to the frantically trying to find space for me!

The whole experience felt rushed for me today. Which was disappointing as given certain personal thing's I've been through recently I was really looking forward to a bit of pampering and relaxing. But on this occasion was not the case. Feel really disappointed and did not leave feeling how I normally would.

I have been a regular customer now for some time and cannot fault them or praise Robyn highly enough. She does my hair just the way I like. Remembers everything from a previous visit not too chatty but really lovely and the receptionist is a joy. Long may the shop continue
