Love, love, love this place. Everyone is genuinely enthusiastic about what they do and the service they deliver. They effortlessly make you feel comfortable and welcome. Awesome new makeover for the salon too. Head massaging hair wash and afterwards too. Awesome coffees and a Prosseco bar. Our family (me, my husband and son) have been going here for years - in fact Helena fixed my botched job attempt at my son's first haircut free!! He's 6 now and has always loved going there.

Had Hayleigh today for a back,neck and shoulder massage. She explained everything well before hand and made me feel comfortable. The massage itself was relaxing and I felt the benefits straight after. Definitely would recommend getting a massage at Concept.
Every visit to Concept is enjoyable. The girls are so lovely and you feel nurtured and spoiled. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair treatment or any other beauty treatment.
Love my hair and the salons had a makeover and looks awesome too! Friendly receptionists and some really talented hairdressers. The top of the range products used made my hair feel great.

Love coming to the salon and use it regularly. Helena has been cutting my hair for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Good new sinks and it made my appointment faster. There's nothing worse than having to wait. Makes things easier for the staff too as I didn't need to wait for my cut after having my hair washed. I've twice had to wait around 30 minutes with my wet hair for my hair cut.
On those occasions, if they happen, (staff off sick) it would be great to offer extended head massages or hand and arm massages? I would pay for that while waiting. Even when having your hair dried, it would be great to have a hand massage to have your hands moisturised and exfoliated.
Concepts is a fab salon. I go there every month to get my nails done and have done for last 3years. Also go every 6:8 wks to get my hair cut and coloured and have done for last year......Helena and her team are great. Always very welcoming and super friendly ????
In for an eyebrow wax & as always the staff were brilliant, on time & the renovations are great.

My stylist was changed last minute so I was a bit nervous as was getting my hair done for my best friends wedding. However no need to be Hannah done an amazing job, I love, love, loved it, she was lovely and knew exactly what she was doing, thank you so much I will defo book in with her again xx

Had my nails done for Christmas and they were gorgeous however... less than a week on and three nails have started peeling away. I now need to try n get them done again in time for Christmas which isn't going to be easy!

I had my hair done after having the salon recommended to me. Found stylist to have a terrible attitude, she was extremely rude and not interested, made me feel unwelcome. Colour already fading after 1 week will not be returning.

I have been coming to the salon for 3years now and i am always impressed with it. All the staff are friendly and you feel like nothing is too much trouble. I had a blowdry and deep moisturising treatment which was lovely and always looks good. My two sons had a haircut, one of them had a new style which looks so much better and the other son had a light trim. Overall, the experience was very good.
