Was at the hairdressers today with my daughter have to say hannah is fantastic came out feeling great my hair looks fabulous and my daughters hair is so much healthier looking highly recommend will definitely be bk
Good service. Wasn't sure about my hair though as it was so soft and static in salon it didn't really show exactly how my hair would be so left and went home to sort my hair out myself.
After I restyled it I am happy with the cut.
Not sure if there is something that can be in salon to stop static and flat hair to let people who have fine hair see the end product a bit better as it seems fine now it's been redone.
Wouldn't say atmosphere is great as the salon was pretty empty when I was there, not much to keep you entertained apart from magazines. Tv's with something on instead of adverts would be good.

Today was my first time in the salon. I got an appointment at short notice, which was great. Helen was fantastic, gave advise and was friendly. I was apprehensive going to a new hair dresser but I couldn't fault my experience! I will definately be a regular now!

Spent a luscious two hours getting a makeover in the supremely confident hands of Helena. Wonderful visit as always. Attentive, friendly, relaxing. This girl has artistic flair in abundance! And...as always ...I emerge feeling (and looking)a million dollars. Can't wait til my next visit.
Kids loved there hair .but was on on the 6th of April with ruby which I thought she cut my hair and colour it really well .but wasn't happy when this other lady come over and started saying about the colour she would recommend this and that and would nt recommend that I get colour ed the way ruby and I spoke about .and to me she was undermining her I thought and when I said no I want my hair dark her face said it all l know she was probably just trying to help but thought she was abit rude"but can't fault ruby .kind regards hayley Dewar
Had a cut and finish with Natalie. I had an idea what i wanted but wasn't completely sure. Natalie was very pleasant, understood the concerns i had. Explained the options available and took her time, showing my hair at each stage. I love my new shorter style. Natalie is an asset to the salon.

Concept hair and beauty is a great salon, run by Helena who is knowledgable and very experienced. She has developed and built this salon through hard work and determination. All the staff are friendly and all have their own expertise. And it's clear that time is taken to teach and support younger and newer members of staff. This mean that you can be sure of receiving a very high quality experience and that you come away feeling like you have been well looked after and well and truly pampered.
I had my hair and make up done for my friends wedding, my outfit was 50s style and I wanted my hair and make up to reflect this, the girls did an amazing job. As always I left the salon feeling great! I've had my hair and make up done at Concept a few times and I always get my hair cut and styled here. Staff are always friendly and professional the salon itself is just amazing. Keep up the great work *****

Love my nails by Ruby and my back is feeling much better after my massage which was perfect as was just the right amount of pressure. As always I would definitely recommend concept.
I am not good with new places, new people, busy places or too much noise as I have Asperger's syndrome so to be able to come to one place to get my hair done and any beauty treatments plus piercings & getting the earrings changed makes it less stressful. I can park right outside thus avoiding town centres so straight out safety of my car into a safe place, it's never too busy or noisy during the week and the staff make me feel so at ease. Concept has a calm & relaxing atmosphere plus the best hot chocolate I've had at a hairdressers.

This is 3 reviews in 1 as my three boys all have their hair done by Ruby and wouldn't dare accept anyone else. The trust that they have in Ruby in surreal however Ruby has had to earn it and she done just that by listening to them when they tell
her about what new styles they would like. They love the pampering that they get done and the head massages that they get. They think Ruby is utterly fab and so do I. 4 happy customers x
