Kyla and the team were so welcoming, got me a seat and drink straight away. My daughter loved the popcorn and Kyla was so lovely and put her at ease. She found it so fun and can’t wait to come back, thank you!

Chloe is always superb, listens and asks the right questions. She knows her clients well and is honest about setting expectations.
She always gives first class service, is bubbly and friendly.

Eden was lovely, welcoming me to the salon for the first time, explaining the products she was using, asking me what I’d like done, whilst giving her own ideas. I will definitely be back.

First time I've had my hair done by Kyla. Had a great wash, blow dry and wasn't sure about having a wave through it but she showed me by doing one wave and decided I would have it done like this. It was lovely and it still looked great the next day. I was spoiled too head massage, lovely coffee and popcorn which is a nice touch. Thank you so much Lime Salon and to Kyla for making me feel great 🤗 xx

Olivia is such a naturally talented stylist. She’s so easy to chat with and makes me feel comfortable and confident about getting my hair cut.
She’s properly listens to what I want and suggests great ideas.
She knows my hair so well and I always leave the salon so happy. I wish I could afford to get my hair done more often because it’s such a treat.

Went in with a sort of plan, & Louise as always ran with it. Came out with a brand new style, which I can manage, and every one lurves it. The French pleat was just an amazing addition. Xx

Was perfect from beginning to end. Very cosy, very nice staff, good service !! The staff really cares about the way you want your hair, explains what they'll do to make sure you're okay with the way they'll process. Really enjoyed it ! Would definitely come back for a haircut.

I got this treatment as a gift for my birthday, I have to say I found it very disappointing. I also has an add on of an arm/hand massage. I arrived at my appointment at 4.20 as it was booked for 4.30. The receptionist asked if I would like to pay for my treatment before I got it done as I would be going over the road. I was taken over at 4.35, the therapist explained the treatment to me. My treatment started about 4.50 and I was finished & dressed by 5.45. I thought the treatment lasted 80 minutes? I have never had this treatment so have nothing to compare it to but felt most of it was having running water over my head and under a steamer, not much head massage. I loved the hair products that were used but felt this was not worth the money my husband paid.

Fantastic Japanese head spa treatment today, very relaxing and lovely friendly therapist.

Shannon made such a lovely job of my black gel nails and even carried out a repair on a split nail 👌🏻

I am a nightmare when it comes to getting my hair cut. I ask for an 'invisible cut'. Eden was amazing. She talked me through all the products, checked I was happy at each stage and built great rapport. She was kind, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed my pedicure today and was made to feel at ease during the treatment. Had a good little chat with Jordan and the treatment was done to a high standard!
