The stylist today who did my colour consultation was really helpful and really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for. Very much looking forward to my colour appointment :)

Visited innovate yesterday for the first time for a cut and update on my colour which I hadn’t been happy with for some time. Wendy was my stylist and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and to make suggestions of things I might like . I felt consulted every step of the way and am absolutely delighted with the result for the first time in a long time. The salon was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone .

I absolutely adore my hair, it’s really lightened up in some places which looks amazing and I can’t wait for my next colour. Appreciated the honestly of how long it’ll take to lift my hair to the colour I want it as it’s given me a goal to work towards. Lovely salon and amazing service as always!! Cheers

My 12yr old wanted her ears pierced again.The lady who done them was brilliant.My son also had his done here too.I will definitely be back to get hair done next.All the ladies were nice & very friendly & very helpful many thanks xx

I've had the same hair do for so long. My hair had broken all different shades of blonde and yellow was sick of it. I booked in and got Wendy. Showed her a picture of what I was wanting complete difference from what I had. She done a fantastic job. I absolutely love it. The colour the cut feel like a new woman

Salon bright and fresh, the newly renovated wash basin area very serene with great lighting. Ashleigh was warm and friendly. End result of blow dry and few ghd curls was really excellent and very reasonably priced. Time factor longer than I'm used to 45mins vs 80mins. The eftpos machine went down so I couldn't pay by card and there's no ATM close by, so rather than keep me any later for my mum's funeral she took my phone number and let me go. I really appreciate her sensitivity and understanding. 4/5 star rating purely on time. I would definitely return. :-)

Janna cut my hair today, it was a pretty major change of style and really pleased with it. Talented stylist with a lovely manner and offered me to come back any time for styling advice with the new style.

Got my roots done and my hair cut today. Had a few different staff at different appointments but the one thing that is consistent is the friendly staff who do a great job.

Great service as usual, Lyndsey always does a great job. Also got recommend to use Katie to do my hair and makeup for my sons wedding in September.

As a regular client I am always made to feel very welcome all the staff are friendly and attentive I am always looked after and enjoy my 'Me' time getting pampered and time to relax. My current stylist is Lindsey a lovely girl who knows what style cut and colour suits me best. Always delighted with the service I receive.

Booked an appointment online for full head highlights for 1pm. I've had them done before and it's normally about 2.5 hours. I had a pedicure booked in at another nearby salon for 16:15 which I thought would be plenty of time and I made them aware. I had booked in with Lindsey who was very friendly. Another girl said she was doing my colour which was ok. I discussed what I was looking for with Lindsey and she had a couple of nice ideas too. Whilst the highlights were going on there wasn't much interaction at all but when the girl did speak to me she was nice enough. I was told I would be under the heat for 20 mins which I was but I was left under the machine for a further 25 ! I was taken for my hair wash which was a disaster and very uncomfortable. As it was a full head of highlights there was a lot of foil in my hair which was yanked out amongst sighs and clear annoyance. Once that was finally done (which took forever) my hair was washed with cold water (never asking about the temp) I did ask and the temp was changed. No words were exchanged at all. A toner was then put on my hair which was also sore as my hair was pulled a lot. After 30 mins with my neck back on the sink j was finally taken back to my seat where another lady came over (the one who done my colour), she said she was just going to cut my hair. She asked what I wanted. I explained I had already spent over 10 mins discussing this with Lindsey and she had some ideas. I did say that I didn't mind who cut my hair as long as it was what I had discussed. Eventually Lindsey came over and said she would do it. At this point I mentioned my pedicure again and she said I wouldn't make it !! I was really annoyed as had planned a relaxing day for myself and this ruined it. I did get 20% off and was happy with the cut in the end and the colours were ok. Hopefully it was just a bad experience as I have been before and it used to be a lot more professional! Sorry ! I'm just being honest.
