Still disappointed that proper drying towels have yet to be re introduced.
I understand the benefit it the height of the pandemic.
However I don't believe that the salon pays more to provide flimsy, disposable " wet wipe" style substitutes than it used to pay for fresh towels, electricity and laundering.
The substitutes are for the benefit of the salon not for the comfort of the clients.

Fantastic service from Chloe, and the extra quirky touches make a difference, very friendly staff, a great professional salon, will definitely go back, love my hair.

Lucy has an amazing eye for how to add the creative colours in my hair, I have 3 different colours and the all compliment each other and look great together. I love the comments I get from people about how good my hair looks. Lucy is the best. Bespoke Colour House is the best hair salon I have ever been to.

Had a fantastic experience with my balayage and cut at Bespoke. The balayage is beautifully blended and exactly what I wanted, and the haircut complements my face shape perfectly. The stylist, Kenzie, listened to my requests and offered helpful suggestions. Overall, great customer service. Highly recommend!

I've wanted to have my hair coloured for the longest time. I finally took the plunge and I love Kenzie and Bespoke Colour. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere in th salon is so relaxed. Kenzie cuts and colours my hair and I can't recommend her highly enough. She listens to what I want and I'm never disappointed with hair. 100% recommend Kenzie and Bespoke Colour House.

My autistic daughter had her first appointment with Kenzie today and I can't praise her enough. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and happy through the whole appointment. Her attention to detail was as good as when she cuts my hair which I haven't experienced before. She also happily turned the music down in the salon which may be a small detail to most but to my daughter was the difference between her managing her hair cut and going in to meltdown. I can't recommend Kenzie highly enough 😊
