Stylist always listens to me and offers advice as to cut and finishes . It is to have Jackie cut and style my hair that I do a 65 mile round trip every 3-4 weeks .
Kacey is my colourist , and is also excellent .
I should like however to address the covert price increase that has just occurred !
Where is the.information informing the clientele of change ? Where is any sort of loyalty discount as there used to be via a card issued and stamped giving a percentage off for every 6th visit , withdrawn , again no information .
As customers we must vote with our feet , my observation is that this is already happening , salon much quieter today .

I can't fault the friendliness and my hair looks lovely. But I'm sorry. Its crazy money. £63 (originally £70!) for a 45min wash, simple blunt hair cut and blow dry. It's nice to feel pampered but not for that price.

I had a good service on the day, however I believe that stylist has to come to the client at the end and ask if client is happy with the result. That is just standard to me. Kasey is lovely, but she just put the colour and left. She never came back to check on me or to see if everything is fine with the colour and her work. I had to sit with the colour for a little bit too long and therefore as a result it turned into slightly darker colour than discussed in the beginning, but hopefully it will washes away.
Always a good experience here. I love the tricolour highlights and the hair wash and head massage was lovely too !
