Myself and my two girls had our hair cut today. Brooke did mine, but cannot remember the name of the lady who did the girls. Both stylists were absolutely lovely and we were all very happy with our hair at the end. My girls were really put at ease by their stylist and really enjoyed the whole experience. The price was extremely reasonable too, so will definitely be bringing them back. Don’t think they would let me take them anywhere else now 🥰
I was referred to Jackie for my cut by Kelly my colourist. I have very short hair but wanted to freshen up the look. After a consultation with Jackie I felt confident she understood what I wanted. The cut came out lovely and I will be booking Jackie for all my cuts going forward.
I haven't had my colour done for almost 6 months. Kelly had made a note to change up one of the shades to make the colour a little brighter. It came out perfectly.

I've been seeing Rebecca since January and it's always an amazing experience. She's so friendly but incredibly professional. I've also always found the staff on reception just as lovely too. I am new to living in Wickford and this is my first time at Headlines, I was recommended by my mother in law who used to live in the area, and I am so happy with my hair colour and cut. I’ve had the same hair do for 15+ years at my old hairdressers and after moving house, and moving hairdressers, this was time for a change for me. I went for a balayage and creative cut and Kasey did an amazing job. I am so happy with the colour and Kasey was so lovely throughout. The other girl washing and toning my hair (sorry I didn’t catch a name!) also was so lovely and gave a really nice head massage. I am very happy with my new do, and the personalities of the people there were great, I will definitely be making this my new permanent salon. Thank you so much, oh - and the Americano coffee was really good, and the biscoff biscuits were a nice touch too!

As always Dawn gave me a great cut and style - I just think its a shame that after nearly 40 years as a customer- the plumbing hasn't been addressed. Within 30 seconds you could get 2nd degree burns if the girls didn't have their wits about them !!

Wickford store led by Manager Ashley is an outstanding Professional Kind Talented Empathetic team. I have had the greatest pleasure of meeting the training staff up to my stylist Dawn. They have been a great support throughout my cancer journey to rebuilding my life after. Dawn is a fabulous person with great people skills and has built back my self esteem and with the learners colouring my hair has given me back meaning to my life. Please give this store a reward as I don’t know where I would be now without them. Outstanding customer service . Consider becoming disability confident as I have physical and Autism health issues. I spend my life giving talks and presentations and always give them a special mention wherever I am in the country. Thank you

Thank you Headline’s Wickford for being so accommodating to me and my three children. My youngest daughter being only four weeks old, the thought of going to the hairdressers felt a bit daunting, but everyone made it a good experience and I love my fresh new hair cut.
