My 1st time at the salon, and My hair was awful roots were very bad.. Amanda did an amazing job with full head of highlights.
Then Kasey gave me a lovely cut to freshen it all up. Both amazing and I've re booked for my next visit.

Really helpful. Great with my young daughter.

I thought Georgia Clarke (apprenticeship trainee) handled this process very well. She acted professionally(even when the colour chart book slipped into my lap) her patience and help to choose the best suiting dye colours for my roots and highlights left me feeling relaxed and excited for Tuesday.

Had my first colour today and foils put in I was very pleased with the result I have a lot of comments how nice it looks thank you Rachel.

Jordan always gets my colour spot on and Kelly cuts and blow dries my hair beautifully! The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the whole team

Kelly is a great colourist and always asks if I was happy with my lady colour or if I would like to change anything. When I decided to go very short with my cut she gave me all the pros and cons regarding short styles.

From the time I walk in to the salon in Wickford my whole hairdressing experience is great. Staff are always polite and friendly. I would not want any other stylist to do my hair as Jackie is lovely and I always leave the salon with my hair just as I want it

Been having hair cut, styled at Headlines for many years at Wickford salon and previously at Holly Court in Billericay before closure.. I have thick straight hair a challenge for many stylists over years but Donna is expert at her job and always cuts it to perfection and such a lovely friendly person so much more than just a hair appointment ☺

To be honest I have always hated going to a hair salon . However I find Kasey very sweet and easy going . I think the people who work there are pleasant and kind . And it generally has a pleasant atmosphere and plays cool music that isn't too loud . So it gets a big thumbs up from me

Kasey has been doing my hair for a while now and she does it perfectly and always checks what I want done each time and how much to take off. She is an excellent hairdresser.

My daughter had her haircut with Jayne, she did a lovely job, my daughter loves her hair. Jayne was understanding and patient with her. So Thankyou Jayne.

My son had his haircut with Brooke, she did a lovely job, my son loves his nicely cut hair. Brooke was very patient with my son and had a little fun with the hairdryer which made him laugh which made me happy too. So Thankyou Brooke.

Emily was brilliant with my grandson who is 22 months old. It started off fine then he began to get quite upset and fidgety but Emily tried her best to calm him and continued to do an amazing hair cut.
Emily cuts my hair and I can think of no better stylist to cut my grandsons, she has patience of a saint

Wow! I wish I had made my appointment sooner.
I felt comfortable and at ease ( not stepped foot inside a hairdressers since dec 2019 pre covid been with my previous salon for over 20 years). Jackie was thoughtful, thorough and reassuring I felt totally at ease and left feeling like a new woman. Love my new style and will be back soon. Definitely recommend her and the salon.

Brooke has a Very pleasant warm personality. She was Understanding of my hair needs and very helpful when selecting colour choices. Amy apprentice did a lovely blow dry for me.

I had a lovely visit last week to get colour done for my birthday.Barbie and I had our usual great chat and at the end she gave me flowers for my birthday.Things like that make a client feel special and valued .It was so nice.And as usual the colour looks amazing .

My usual stylist has just left so I had brooke today.Again she was welcoming and friendly and took a lot of time getting the cut as I wanted it.I’ve suffered some hormone related hair loss at the front in the last few years and the team always understand I am self conscious about it and they work hard on a style that will help me conceal it.

The whole team are a credit to the salon.It’s not cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for and if your hair is important to you along with warm friendly service I highly recommend headlines .
