I had a lovely experience with Maddie at Woo today! My hair was desperately in need of a new lease of life. It had been very long and thick, but I’d experienced quite a lot of hair loss, which had left it feeling straggly and much thinner than I was used to. I was even contemplating going for a long bob!

Maddie was amazing and really reassured me that my hair was still thick. She helped me decide on the perfect length and took around 6 inches off while still keeping it nice and long. It now feels and looks so much healthier, fuller and fresher. I absolutely love it! Thank you so much, Maddie — you were amazing! ❤️

This was my second appointment with Anna and once again she did a perfect job , she’s always so accommodating with what I want considering I tend to leave my hair for a long time between appointments she manages to do exactly what I want in a way that also grows out so well , prices are so reasonable and all staff are just lovely and friendly
