As always, a visit to Woo is a bit of a “me” time and an opportunity to be pampered. The wonderful staff never fails to achieve this. Today Anna listened to my requests and I am so pleased with the result. Love this Salon. Frankie is an excellent hairdresser and charming company. I always have a good laugh. She listens carefully to my observations about my hair and makes suggestions. She always achieves what I want and is great at making suggestions for next visit.

I have recently had surgery and all attempts were made to make me feel at ease and comfortable. This was my first blow dry with Kira but she was fabulous and did a great job thank you so much. Also Jorge who washed my hair was so friendly and got me something for my feet and helped me get up of that chair. So grateful

(I think my stylist was Samantha) but whoever it was I was very impressed. She was very easy to talk to about what I could do with my hair. Will definitely come back

As always I had a super experience. I love the atmosphere and the head massage with the wonderful hot towel. The coffee is served so nicely. You feel pampered. My stylist is excellent.

From the welcome to finishing my hair excellent. I came in with longish hanging hair, and left with a beautiful new style.

I’ve had my first appointment at Woohair with Maddie today and she’s been absolutely amazing. It was a huge project and she smashed it, definitely recommend her. All the other ladies were lovely too and I felt so comfortable. Thanks again Maddie, can’t wait to be back x

Excellent service! I had highlights and a restyle with Maddie, who talked me through each step and was very patient to make sure the colour and cut were perfect. I’m very happy with both the experience and my hair.

I haven't been to a salon for quite a few years after a bad experience elsewhere.... I have been colouring my hair at home and hacking at it now and then which has caused many years of chemical damage without good maintenance in between. I went today to have a conditioning treatment and cut and finish with Frankie. During the conditioning treatment I received a head massage (Sorry, I am not sure the name of the junior who did this treatment), but it was amazing! The hot towel helped me relax whilst feeling out of my comfort zone and the head massage was perfect! A firm but relaxing pressure and I could have easily fell asleep.
Frankie listened to me and my needs and advised me perfectly with what would suit my lifestyle, what would suit my hair type and included what I actually wanted. I left feeling so confident and happy with my healthy and thicker looking hair (it looked dry, frizzled and just hung there before), that i wanted to go out for lunch with my husband instead of wanting to just hideaway at home. Thank you Frankie! I will now be a regular customer and absolutely love my hair.

I went to the salon with my hair in very poor dry condition with absolutely no idea how to transform the colour or condition of my hair feeling it would be beyond help with years of bleaching. Sarah worked an absolute miracle new exactly how to blend my dark roots and tone down the old over bleached blonde and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this friendly highly professional salon enough!! Thank you all but especially Sarah!

Anna was very easy to talk to and listened to what I needed. She came up with some suggestions and then gave me a great haircut and made me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend Anna and I would definitely book her again.
