I was a bit surprised by the overall cost as it was more than before. The conditioning treatment was also odd as Lauren said no just wash it out when the apprentice told me wait five minutes while it conditions in nicely ?!?! Also I was not offered the 15% discount displayed by the reception desk ? I think Lauren is a fantastic hair dresser but these aspects make me reluctant to return unless you can explain or offer some reimbursement ?

Regarding the 15% discount, I’m a little unsure where the reference to a sign at reception has come from, as there wasn’t, and currently isn’t, a sign at reception advertising 15% off salon services.
I’ve also checked your bill and can see that a 15% discount was actually applied to the Milkshake product you purchased, so you did receive the applicable product discount.
In terms of the difference in the price of your appointment, our salon prices have been updated since your previous visit, which accounts for the increase.
Regarding the conditioning treatment, professional treatments can often be used effectively in a number of different ways depending on the product, hair type and desired result. Your stylist will assess your hair and determine the most appropriate way to use the treatment as part of your service, so different application advice doesn’t necessarily mean the treatment has been used incorrectly.

Lovely calm salon with lovely staff..had Rosie couple times now and she’s always friendly, polite and attentive. I met Spencer today who was equally attentive & very professional with his advice.
Marley is amazing she coloured my hair last week and she listened to what I had asked for and smashed it I love it!!
Marley is so lovely always makes me feel relaxed and she does the best head massage book with Marley you won’t be disappointed x
