Above all is the security that ALL their stylists are exceptional in their expertise. I’ve been going to this salon from long distance for around 3 years now and its consistency has not wavered. My sister, Dawn Hooker stays with me for a week every few weeks. She is 86 years old and has dementia. This makes her somewhat forgetful about her appearance. She will not go to her local hairdresser but loves going to mine. Today she had a lovely session with Dawn. Everyone treated her with respect and courtesy. She left the hairdresser feeling she had had a wonderful experience plus she enjoyed looking good again. I’ve sent a photo out to the family of Dawn. They all said how nice she looked.

I had a warm welcome from the moment I stepped in through the door. I was squeezed in for a blow dry, having no hot water at home and rather greasy hair. Tarnia was unfazed, gave me the most wonderful head massage when shampooing, followed by a blow dry that made me feel like a million dollars. I had many compliments on my night out last night on how stunning I looked - that had a lot to do with my hair. Tarnia was friendly and made me feel that I definitely want to go back. Thank you!!

My daughter Connie had her hair done today by Gemma, and was really pleased with the result, going from longer hair to having some layers put in and a bit shorter. Going to Hairwaves is a treat at any visit. The stylists and Carol are a unique set of people who are welcoming, talented, kind and attentive to everything their customers might need. Being elderly they do everything to safeguard me when I'm arriving until the moment I leave. It is a day out with such lovely people and I leave with immaculate hair. My stylist whether it be Lauren, Gemma or Dawn are all excellent and it's liberating to know that if one of these lovely women isn't available I can go to another. They are all beautiful people. I am someone who has always gone to a salon for hair care and this is without any shadow of a doubt the best salon I have ever been to, including top London salons. They are superb and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My sister Dawn Hooker, 86 years, has dementia. She had refused to go to the hairdresser for six months and her hair looked thin, bedraggled and just dreadful. Carol welcomed her into the salon and immediately made her feel comfortable with an offer of coffee. Tarnia treated my sister with complete respect while discussing how she wanted her hair styled and then throughout her hair experience. The result was a very happy sister who looked 10 years younger with a beautiful, flattering hair style.
