Had a photo of what I wanted but wasn’t sure what I wanted specifically as never changed my hair before but Emma was so helpful in explain what would look best for me and recommending the different options and professional opinion.

Came in today and left with a totally new style. Charlie completely restyled my hair much shorter than I've had in years I love it. And so do my family

Emma is a great hairdresser. I have been using her as my stylist for a long time now. She is very knowledgeable about colours, always giving me advice on what highlights or colour will suit my hair depending on the season. She is lovely to talk to whilst having my hair done. Emma is very professional and a great hair stylist.

Was very nervous to cut my long hair but Charlie was fantastic and made me feel confident to go for it after months of contemplating I did and he did a great job. I absolutely love my colour and cut!

Charlie & Emma D done a great job shaving the heads of my husband and 3 sons. I have been coming to this salon on and off for 15 years and have always experienced a friendly and professional service. All the staff have been extremely supportive to me with styling my hair as I've gone through and come out of chemotherapy. I was very happy with my haircut today. I went in to the Salon been unable to manage my last cut. I didn't have that cut at Headlines. However, I was very happy with the cut and advice from Rachael.

Hannah had a really lovely manner with my granddaughter which made the experience enjoyable and fun. The haircut was appropriate for her age, with a beautifully shaped fringe and consideration given to how the hair at the sides would grow. She looks beautiful. We were given a certificate to record the first haircut and a few locks of hair were kept for her parents. The other members of staff were also very welcoming and friendly.
