My regular stylist Megan was sadly poorly- the salon rang to tell me and to ask if I was happy to have my extensions and blow dry seen to by two other stylists, it was very considerate for them to ask and I had no objections. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy- my hair was great, they even brought round Prosecco to wish everyone a lively Christmas! Perfect!

Columb discussed options with me before styling my hair. I am delighted with the result. The overall experience was excellent- a touch of luxury in a relaxed environment.

Her colour matching was brilliant, she styled my hair beautifully, I’ve never seen it look so good- I was so thrilled. Easily the best salon experience I’ve had - Reed seems to set a benchmark in terms of the high level of customer care and hair expertise in a friendly atmosphere. I usually have my hair cut by Columb who is brilliant and has given me genuinely effective advice on caring for my hair, plus the cut seems to last for ages. Thanks Columb! I would highly recommend to anyone who would like more good hair days.

I’ve just enjoyed another fantastic cut and style from Liam today. He always make sure my salon experience is a special treat. I come away feeling pampered and my hair looks healthy and utterly gorgeous!

Liam takes the time to understand my hair type and style I’d like. He considers what will work with my hair’s natural wave and how I normally wear it. I have long thick hair, a double crown and cow’s lick.

Liam has the magic touch and I always come away with a beautiful versatile style that I feel proud of, impresses my partner and wows my children!

The service was fantastic! The attention to detail was outstanding. There was good customer service and they really listened to my comments. A total joy from start to finish, and the complimentary drink was a lovely touch. It was more like a spa than a hairdressers! Well done to everyone!

I went to the salon for a short hair cut for free I was treated to a fabulous haircut and the environment was calm and relaxing. I was treated to a wonderful haircut and felt thoroughly spoilt the expertise was fantastic and I received a first class haircut that made ne feel great can thoroughly reccomend this salon and their stylists are fabulous
