As always Jane sorted my hair out in no time at all back to exactly how I like it. Jane takes the time at each appointment to run through any likes or dislikes with the style and is very willing to change anything where it’s needed.
Always loved the service at the salon all the ladies are very friendly making you feel welcomed from the minute you walk through the doors.

Eleanor’s cut and styled my hair and did a fabulous job. Great service and lovely staff, I will definitely return.

I am disappointed that I was not informed that my stylist had increased her fee. I chose Sam after my previous stylist's fee increased. Again I was not informed of the increase until I paid the bill. I do feel this is poor management and failings in communication. I came to the salon expecting what to pay when given the bill I was shocked to see it had increased by £10.. customers should be informed BEFORE they have a cut that the fee has increased. Sam is a good stylist and I am always pleased with the cut but unfortunately with the constant increase in price charged I will no longer be able to afford any tips.

Everyone loves my hair and colour. Kelly’s a great colourist / stylist and a fun person to be around. Beautiful salon and snacks! Receptionist very helpful and staff all friendly even though not their client. Just book early for an appointment with Kelly as she doesn’t have many appointments in the evenings left unfortunately (too busy with happy customers!)

What can I say. Yet again you have nailed it! When I leave I feel better than amazing. I love how you encourage me to try new styles and colours and I absolutely love my hair every time I step out of salon. Also it’s not just the hair cut that’s make it special, it’s all the attention to details; from the smiling face, the cheerful atmosphere, the lattes and the mini therapy sessions we have . Reed hair with Kelly will always be my go to for my hair needs and she can never ever leave! My hair and me love you.

Was given a voucher for Mother’s Day and finally had the chance to use it. I booked a back neck shoulder and décolletage massage with Rachel. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel relaxed from the start. The massage was great, relaxing And just what was needed and there was no rush to get up and go at the end. Rachel was lovely and friendly. Would definitely book again. Would recommend.

Why have I paid £40 ph? 15 mins to make a coffee, which was only Luke warm, washed my hair at £40 ph, then helped a colleague 4 times with removal of another client's extensions! I was finished and paying 45 mins later, not even a full hour! The result is very mediocre to say the least. I thought I was going to get undivided hair styiling for one hour not paying her to make coffee and wash my hair. An apprentice could have done that. Grossly overpriced and under delivered. Sorry.

It was my first time having my hair coloured in a hairdressers and despite my anxiety I loved every minute of it. It turned out exactly how I wanted it and will definitely be back! Liam was so friendly and helpful and I can’t thank him enough

Excellent service by Emily today when I visited for cut and colour. She was so helpful and understanding and I always feel so welcome from start to finish. I am so pleased with the colour recommended and will be back in 6 weeks for another pamper. All staff at Reed are so friendly and will definitely recommend people to visit.

Becky welcomed me and apologised for keeping me waiting, always good. We discussed how I wanted my hair to look then led me to washbasin again discussing how I felt about my hair and recommended using two different shampoos. She gave me a wonderful head massage before showing me back to my seat and making me a coffee. Becky really had listened as my hair was cut then blow dried to perfection. Brilliant
