Bit nervous about my appointment but didn’t need to worry. Nadine & team made me feel safe & comfortable. Nadine did an amazing job of covering my very grey roots and made me look amazing as always. Love the colour and condition that Wellaplex gives me.

So awesome to be back in the salon again! Same happy, friendly team and no change to customer experience despite all the enhanced hygiene measures in place.

Due to lockdown and the closure of hair salons, my hair has been left to go natural Haha! Not a good look. My roots were huge as you can imagine, but Hannah at strangeways worked wonders with my hair. I feel like me again. All the staff were amazing and friendly as always. I was so glad to be back! I was Nadine’s first client on the day of re-opening. It was great to be back but I was a little nervous. However, as soon as I arrived I was made to feel safe. My temperature was taken on arrival and I was seated in a really good distance from anyone else. There were only a few clients though the morning. All of us wearing masks and all the staff wearing face shields. Plenty of antibacterial gels everywhere. I felt safe and considering I was there almost 4 hours, all compliance was adhered to at all times.
Nadine as usual did an amazing job on my hair which is a challenge in itself having hair that is hard to work with!

Love Strangeways. Always a positive experience from the moment I walk through the door every week to the moment I walk out again. Staff, ambience, products, cleanliness.....all positives. I will SO miss my visits(so will my hair:/) now the salon has to close due to the virus. Hopefully it won't be too long before normal service is resumed and I can get my weekly Strangeways experience.

Always a pleasant environment with good music! Nadine always knows what treatments/ styles I favour and never fails to come up trumps. I trust her implicitly to colour, cut and style my hair and never doubt her professional judgement.

I usually switch from one hairdresser to another regularly. Since coming to Strangeways I’ve stuck with them. Everyone is very friendly and I’m always well looked after. . Sam cuts my hair and he is incredible. I’ve never been disappointed. He Is very professional but makes you feel like you’re having a catch up with a friend. I know I’m in safe hands with him. Having thick, curly (frizzy!) hair isn’t the easiest and historically hairdressers have always cut too much off but Nadine listens to me and is an expert in curly hair! Her colour match for my hairline is impeccable. She’s been my hairdresser for many years now and I would highly recommend her. Especially if you have curls! ?
