Strangeways Hair Salon

Had a wash and cut with Zoe this evening. She was very friendly and welcoming. My hair wash and head massage was lovely and so relaxing. Really happy with my cut and the overall experience. Will be returning.

Nadine has now been my amazing hairdresser for a few years. Brilliant at thinking of styles and ideas and really cares about her clients being happy. Nadine has 100% passion, years of hairdressing experience plus the skills with the scissors :). Highly recommended ?

Very happy with what April has done today

I had an appointment with Hannah which was my first time at Strangeways. She was lovely and really took time to discuss what would work best for my hair based on what I wanted! Very pleased with the result, I’ve booked to go back in January.. Thank you!

Rachel is professional, knowledgeable and always cheerful with her clients. She is an excellent stylist / colourist - I would recommend her and the salon as very friendly

I came in for a root touch up with nadine and she gave me expert advice as always. A great treatment by Maya and gorgeous blow dry and style. On a miserable day I feel sunny!

Had a great consultation with Pru today who I have not had before she was brilliant and really listened to what I wanted the cut is so good it’s transformed my hair looking forward to Pru sorting my colour out next

Joe has become a step stone for me and my hair. He works with the changing lights of the seasons and has guided me to adapt my hair colour every time with great success. Please don't steal him from me. Too cool for school .

Had a wonderful new hair cut from Nadine today. It looks fresh and it suits my highlights as well. My husband and son even commented on it! Great chat and laughs.
Nadine was extremely helpful with a hair care issue and gave me some good advice.

April was amazing, can’t recommend enough

I was really anxious about having my hair cut as I am autistic and have sensory issues I really struggle to even go to a salon but Joe was amazing calm and patient and did exactly the style I wanted, thank you Joe and to Hanna for the relaxing hair wash

Visited my usual hairdresser Pru after her return from maternity leave. I wanted something a bit different to usual and she guided me on what would be best, on colour, growing out layers and fringe length. I am so happy with the outcome, the colour is gorgeous and I always get so many compliments! Thank you Pru and welcome back :)

I called into strangeways today after my usual hairdresser let me down last minute. The team was very attentive from the original phone call to the very end, the hair stylist April who did my hair was impeccable. Very informative as to her steps with regards to how I wanted my hair to look and what I was hoping to achieve as a colour & style, I found her services professional and completely understanding as to my needs throughout. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again for fitting me in at short notice. I would highly recommend this hair salon and April as a hair colourist/stylist.

Had appointment with Joe who coloured my hair red, a first for me. Joe was excellent & made me feel very relaxed in my choice. Loved the outcome & also the soft curls he gave me.

First time at Strangeways and April was just amazing. She knew exactly what I was aiming for and the best way for me to achieve it. She takes an avid interest in her own professional development and that is clearly evident in her knowledge and ability. I am very pleased with my hair and looking forward to my next appointment.
