Great haircut by Nicole.
Would prefer not to have a 25 minute hair wash…prefer to be in and out of the salon in half an hour.
Wasn’t keen on all the staff wearing black. Feels less personal.
Nicole in the Harlow Salon cut my hair today, fantastic stylist, goes above and beyond. Always listens and gives good advice.
The staff are all ways so good at making sure that they give you the very best experience. However I didn’t like seeing them in black they have always been very smart. But this looks so sad my first reaction was that someone had passed away. Margaret Vowles
It was pure luck I happened to chance a walk in appointment and got Nicola. Shes amazing! I had a cut, blowdry and style. Still looks good 4 days later! I had such a good time too chatting about people we knew in common and the town etc. Most of all I left confident and haopy and will be booking again.
As always quality cut and blow dry by Nichole. Sad to say that the usual welcoming greeting on arrival was today lacking. A new face at reception desk. Seemed to be busy on her mobile. Fortunately didn’t have to wait long for Nichole to come a fetch me.
Thank you Nicole and Kim. Kim always does a beautiful colour working with me to suit my skin tone and hair tones. Nicole cuts my hair fabulously, i have hair with a mind of its own, but never have trouble styling it myself at home. always happy that I come back time and again. Thank you ladies

Always lovely going getting my hair dyed and cut Mr Mark. Been getting my hair cut here for 50 years. The girls are lovely, professional and helpful. Always really pleased with my colour and cut. Highly recommend Kim and Nicole
I’ve attended this salon for around 50 years. It started in Epping. Just hoping this new management will appreciate their experience and faithful clientele service and learn from them.
