I found Lucy to be very informative with regard to my continuing use of gels with builder and choices of colours available e.g Chrome. Super oval pointed shape and offered a complementary hand massage which was a real treat. .

I’m a frequent customer and see Louise regularly for my nails. She is always so welcoming and polite. I am always over the moon with my nails, Louise is attentive to detail and always makes sure I’m pleased with them. I always feel at ease/relaxed when I walk in the salon and enjoy having a good catch up with Louise :)

A welcoming place of calm. From the staff at the desk who are warm, friendly and attentive to Hollie who does my hair. I feel like no-one is 'judging' you or looking down on you despite the somewhat 'lux' environment. It truly feels like the staff there just want to help you look as good as possible! Aside from that, i have a few sensory issues and they have been dealt with nothing but empathy and kindness. When i'm old and retired i'll be there weekly!! Thankyou to all that work there and again for your kindness, advice and inclusivity.
