Willows Hair in Halstead

Had been seeing Olivia D for several appontements last year always excellent service. Then I decided to try 3 salon’s nearer to home - what a mistake!
Managed to get an appointment with Olivia - left the salon feeling that not only had she understood the issues I was having with my hair but also confident that over time she’ll sort out the awful cuts I’d been given.
The location is so relaxing - both inside and out.

Expert friendly service and skill. Listens to client and takes a realistic approach to their hair care and styling needs. You leave looking a better version of you that you can keep up at home. Really excellent skills.

Love coming to see Liv it's so relaxing such a wonderful salon . I have short fine hair and Liv just treats it with such care Short and funky without being scalped .Yesterday I just left her to it and being a hairdresser myself I am super happy with the results. I can't recommend her enough.

This is a lovely welcoming salon. Liv has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I am very happy with how she cuts it. All the girls are lovely and we always have a good chat I feel very relaxed and often start to nod off 😀.

Grace did a full colour. Fantastic result and her head massage was amazing. Feel so relaxed after my appointment I need a nap. Also feel like I have the stylist one to one attention and that nothing is to much trouble.

Great service today, Liv listened to my hair requests. My hair colour that she achieved is exactly what I wanted. I now have beautiful platinum coloured hair with no yellow tones.

I had a wash, cut and style with Grace today. I was very pleased with the service and result. Grace is training and would ask her colleague for help when needed which was reassuring. I loved the atmosphere of the salon, including the offer of drinks and the relaxing music. I will definitely be returning.
