I had my chin waxed and I didn’t have an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in as a walk in. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the Therapist who treated me (small and petite with dark hair) she did an excellent job! Used a hot wax to remove very stubborn facial hair. Thank you! It’s the second time that I have been to this salon and I will definitely be returning soon

Megan is just wonderful, so professional and good at what she does, she is a lovely person her work is excellent

Had a lovely experience from entering the salon Megan welcomed me explaining everything as it was done ,such a lovely young lady and I was delighted with my nails and the pedicure was absolute bliss a real treat thank you so much Megan .

I love coming to Beth for my aesthetics. She’s been doing my Botox and filler since I first took the plunge and even though I have a fear of needles, she makes me feel so comfortable. She’s brilliant, will never go anywhere else. Always 10/10!

I have been having microneedling with Beth who is great. Always friendly and makes you feel super comfortable a lovely and professional salon.

From the moment I walked in Beth greeted me and calmed my nerves Beth then told me in detail what was going to happen once it had started I could feel pressure but no pain at all it was very relaxing in fact if I had been there any longer she would of been waking me up. I know the results are ongoing but what I could already see was a big improvement straight after . I'm excited to see my on going results and definitely will be back already booked another appointment for something different but wouldn't hesitate to get this done again if ever needed , lovey salon, lovely ladies wonderful experience overall thank you Beth .

I arrived early to Beth who greeted me very welcoming, she calmed my nerves about my endolift procedure. My experience of my endolift was very relaxing, no pain at all I could feel pressure here and there but felt if I had been there any longer I would of dozed off very relaxing . Beth explained everything in detail what she was doing first, what to expect from it after and my aftercare. My results will get better over time but what I saw strait away was already an improvement so thank you Beth for making me feel comfortable and welcome I definitely will be back and excited to see ongoing results

I’ve always had that dread feeling of going into a salon - but not with Brown & White - all the staff are amazing and super welcoming. Beth is another level - super professional but makes you feel at home - topped with the most perfect, accurate treatment - she knows her stuff. 10/10 everytime.

Jasmine has done an excellent colour on my hair which looks wonderful. She is so friendly and a very skillfull hairdresser. I am so pleased she is back at Frinton. I would highly recommend Jasmine for all aspects of hairdressing. Nice friendly salon which uses great products.

I saw Beth today for cheek filler and also some Botox the week before.
She is so knowledgeable and is great at her job! I always feel so at ease with Beth and really trust her to make me look refreshed not fake!!!!!
