Regis in Chelmsford

Firstly salon was freezing and uncomfortable I asked for highlights cut and curly blow dry I left with a very uneven head of yellow/ginger highlights no cut no blow dry as it took the girl 3 hours to put the foils in
It was underdeveloped and left ginger the toner made no difference
The girl at the till was rude and unprofessional instead of offering solutions she tried to put the blame on me
They did take strand test and advised me I would be done by 4.30 I left at 5.45 with no cut or blow dry

I don't know her name. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said that's fine I ended up with a very short Bob which wasn't what I wanted I look like a mushroom. I told her I wasn't happy

Daria cut my hair today, she knew I wanted layers and very little off and she did exactly as I wanted (which I hàve had few experiences in other salons where left with opposite). Will return, thank you Daria

Due to unforeseen problems at the Regis salon Iwona contacted me this morning to tell me that my appointment with her was going to be at the nearby Super cuts salon. She did an excellent job as usual touched up my highlights and a cut and finish , I am always very pleased with the results of Iwona professional expertise, even today under unusual circumstances. Thank you once again.

I wasn’t told the stylist’s name sadly, but our experience wasn’t fabulous. My daughter got absolutely soaked while having her hair washed and when getting her ready for bed I noticed she has lots of long uneven strands in her hair. We used Regis since our usual hair dresser wasn’t available and it cost almost twice the price, now I have to have it fixed.

I came to the salon today with ny daughter sasha .at 1 15 ..think the stylist name was Briony .a loveky girl who was very professional. She chatted away to sasha who has autism.and I cauks see sasha felt at ease with her ..the stylist done a brilliant cut .blow dry ect .and we left the salon very very pleased ..I have even booked my self in for the 18rh of September.

my experience today was amazing, all the staff were incredibly friendly, the treatment itself was brilliant and i was very happy with the results that cost 2/3 the price i expected!!!

Great experience, as usual. I believe I had faye, im sorry if I've got that wrong I was the woman with the mohawk. I got an amazing result as usual. I've had her before for my last hair cut too. She helped me with lots of products and how to use them. I wish I could have given her a tip or bought the products. She even made a brilliant suggestion of taking a picture of the products incase I change my mind. Great gals all of them. Regis chelmsford is the only hair salon I trust.

Had my hair done yesterday the 9/3/2023 after leaving it for too long my stylist was brilliant have been having her for quite some time now and she always makes my hair look wonderful nothing is too much trouble for her she is always happy and chatty for 3 hours which is usually how long it takes it’s an absolute joy I would recommend her and her skills every time brilliant hairdresser

I visit about every 5 weeks and always get the cut I want with friendly staff and VFM. I'd recommend.
