I was not welcomed by my stylist straight away when I entered.
Not asked if I would like a conditioner and head message.
Not asked which products I would like before blow drying.
Assumed how I would like my hair blow dried.
I am a senior customer which I felt was more important to the stylist.
Not treated like an individual

Rachel is very professional and has a friendly approach advising along the way. Under her hair cut suggestions I was very pleased with the outcome which I was reluctant to follow but am so glad I listened to her advice.

I had an appt booked with Rachel for 2 months. Someone in the central office called me a week before my appt to let me know that Rachel was off work and all of her appointments would be re scheduled and they would contact me with a new date. A few days later I received a call saying that Rachel was back and I could have my original appointment. My daughter had an appt on the following day and I was told she could keep her original appointment also. I then received another call to tell me that they had given my appointment to someone else. I then asked why and asked if I could be booked back in at my original time and was told yes, I could have the original day and time I had booked. When I arrived at my appointment I wasn't booked and someone else was booked in my slot. They had also re booked my daughter on a day that Rachel wasn't even working. This caused a lot of stress and hassle for Rachel, myself and the other lady booked in. It was also very embarrassing for us all.

Rachel was brilliant!! She was really nice with my daughter and knew what was best for her.

Rachel is lovely, but needs to ask a few questions, as well as how much you would like cut off.

My appointment was originally with Hannah who usually does my cut & colour/tint. Due to Hannah being poorly Rachel stepped in to save the day. I had already discussed previously with Hannah about going for a completely different colour and I am so pleased that I kept to this decision, even though it meant putting my trust in a 'new' to me stylist. Rachel did a superb job with both cut & colour.

I really enjoy visiting the salon as it's such a relaxed space with very friendly staff.

Today I met the lovely Rachel who cut and restyled my hair. She was so easy to talk to and made the experience very enjoyable.

I’ve been growing my hair for 4 years to donate to the little princesses trust and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer hairdresser for the big chop. I am very happy with the cut and would highly recommend her in the future.

Nice frontage , free parking and part of a chain , I thought I would give GHOST a try .
I was not disappointed.
Friendly staff , lovely interior and fair prices . Rachel, talked me through my options for my highlights, before she started .
The end result was lovely very subtle highlights , lifting my dull flat colour.
I was so pleased I have booked for haircut .

I put my hair colour in Hannah’s hands never having had a professional colour before and not knowing what could be done. She did an amazing job, working really hard and taking her time to create a natural look. I’m so pleased with the result, it looks so natural and exactly how I would like it, I had no idea those results would be achievable. She’s such a nice person too, working hard to ensure the customer is happy from beginning to end.

I have struggled to find a salon/stylist who can produce a smooth graduated bob with my very thick hair. Rachel excelled! She took so much time checking and finishing after blow-drying - making sure everything was perfect. I’m more than pleased with the result and have rebooked. Thank you Rachel!
