I love coming here! The girls are all super friendly and make you feel at ease. Have tried reflexology with dani, the luxury facial and back massage, lashes with Cat, nails with Ella and pedicure with Beth, thoroughly enjoyed all my beauty treatments here! Always done with care and precision. I’m quite an anxious person so being made to feel at ease is really important to me! For this reason I will always be back! Thanks girls x

Good treatment today. Left the salon with rosy plumped cheeks. Love the effect the “wrinkle comb” has. Shame it isn’t permanent. Friendly staff as always.

I went for a lash infill and as usual they were first class. The lady before me changed one of her appointments to a later time so I quickly grabbed it and got my nails done. Spur of the moment and I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with them. I normally go somewhere else (that I’ve been going to for years). Not my more! Best nails EVER!! Will only go to De Luca from now on. Such a beauty salon with amazing, friendly staff.

I come to the salon every few weeks to get my nails done and I love doing so. All the girls are very friendly, there are lots of gel colours to pick from and they always bend over backwards to accommodate any special request!

A much needed treat. I got very tearful and the receptionist was so kind and offered such kind words. She made me a drink and really helped me get my act together without anyone even noticing there was a problem. I want to thank her so much. She was a slightly more mature lady and had some knowledge in what was upsetting me. A lovely welcoming salon with exceptional staff. I will definitely return there.

I am so happy there is a salon in Warley that does perfect nails that last each time. I used to travel far to get a decent nail technician until I moved to Warley. The salon is so pretty and festive with each season. It's a nice pamper break getting my nails/ lashes done with lovely staff. Usually at salons you get one good staff member with others who are not the best but I can say all the staff here are talented and ptofessional

I have been using this salon for a number of years and I have never been disappointed. It has a calm and relaxed atmosphere the Danni and the girls are friendly, knowledgeable and work in a professional manner . Highly recommended

I love the new decor! I regularly have my lashes and treatments at De Luca! I love it there. The staff are so lovely and friendly and the treatments are carried out with such a high level of professionalism.

Great salon, would definitely recommend. Eyebrows are a lovely shape and they fit me in last minute.

My sister and I, go into the salon to get our nails done regularly. I absolutely love it in there, they are all so professional, bubbly and welcoming. Both our nails always look gorgeous. Can’t recommend enough!

In the middle of my CACI treatments at the moment. Had 4 sessions so far and can already see a difference. Molly is lovely and seems very professional and competent. Really pleased I booked these sessions 😊

I have had Russian lashes before but I have never had them done as good as here. They are perfect. You also get aftercare instructions in the form of a leaflet so you can’t possibly forget. This is my new salon from now on!

Molly has been doing my lashes for a few months now I’m so pleased as I have had lashes done in other places & had a terrible reaction but Molly is so professional & really dos such a great job and my lashes look so natural so glad I came here as I love the look of my lashes

Dani gives the best massages, I have so many knots and she really works on them and I feel so relaxed when I leave, friendly service from all the girls.

I had Jess for shellac removal and massage. She made me feel very comfortable and I was so relaxed after my treatment.

Dani is a brilliant therapist what ever she does for you she does to perfection . My lashes look full with out looking false that's a bonus for an older lady. The salon is immaculate, and friendly . I would recommend a visit .

I hate complaining and would never normally mention my disappointment, but this survey request came up just as I was thinking about how unhappy I was with the results.
I was able to book on the day, which was great.
***** took me through straight away and started the treatment without delay. I had a lip wax during my LVL procedure, as I had requested, but nothing was applied to the area after the wax to either soothe the sting or clear the excess wax away. My lash treatment was very relaxing (so much so I nodded off at one point). However I was disappointed with the end result of my lashes. They had very little lift and there was a lot of tint residue around my eyes. It is unusual for LVL not to work well, as this treatment normally gives me great results, when I have had it done elsewhere.
Unfortunately I left feeling very disappointed.

It was my first visit to De Luca today and it was a wonderful experience! The girls were lovely and my nails look fab! 100%coming back. Thank you. X
