I love Ministry of Hair, Aysha cut my hair and dryed,it. She is absolutely fabulous and I love her to bits.

2nd time to the salon . Charleigh has been incredible. Lovely cut and blow dry .

Jasmin washed and blow dried my hair .
Not forgetting two head massages from the girls . Hot drink to .

Great service from Jay as usual. She knows my hair so well and is so knowledgeable about what looks good on me. She is a lovely warm and friendly person who I always look forward to seeing when I visit the salon. Only issue the salon was freezing as there was no proper heating and I was very cold when I left after sitting for over 2 hours. It kind of spoiled the experience.

Extra special! The receptionist was absolutely lovely,too!

Just a normal salon with basic service but me & my daughter was given appointment straight away on the same day which I think is a plus

Aysha was lovely she took her time on discussing what I wanted and explained perfectly what she was going to do I felt relaxed and confident.

Had an amazing cut by Dan and beautiful colour by Sam. Both are highly experienced and excellent at what they do. The salon is welcoming, friendly and spacious. A real hidden gem in Basildon’s Eastgate shopping centre and well with a visit.

I come into ministry 3 years ago with ginger hair and wanted to go brown, cey took me under her wing and advised I went lighter (blonde) and I haven’t looked back since. I book with cey every 8/12 weeks and she is Amazing! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Ce is always ready with suggestions she has been thinking about even before I get to the salon... And she's always right. I always enjoy the whole experience. I always feel like I get five-star treatment.

My colour is always perfect

I was made to feel very welcome and I was very pleased with my hair. The products that are used are top notch too.

It’s good but very expensive for what they did just putting her up and curling it £45 is way expensive

Excellent service

I came in today for a conditioning treatment after my hair was very dry and damaged after bleaching and i’m so happy with the results, my hair already looks so much healthier and the trainee did a very good job and all the staff are lovely

Cry was brilliant! I was quite nervous as i'd left my hair for so long and needed some guidance. She listened and then gave me suggestions for my hair type and lifestyle as a busy working mum. I love my new cut and the blowdry lasted ages, I even got compliments! Thanks, I will be back.

I found Sam a couple of years ago and have been getting my hair coloured with her ever since. Very talented, gives great advice and makes my hair look amazing!

I am not really a person who enjoys going to salon but my experience today was excellent and I really do like how my haircut turned out today so thank you Aysha and I will be visiting again in 8-10 weeks time and will pass on word of mouth to family and friends. Well worth the money for a decent haircut.

I have to admit I was a little nervous when I arrived for my appointment. I hadn't been to a salon for many years. I met Aysha, she immediately put me at ease. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. Aisha is a great hairdresser and I love my hair. I will be back.

I'm really happy with my highlights done by Lainie, she always pays a lot of care and attention when doing my hair. And all the staff are friendly and professional.

Went in the off chance as was walking past & Aysha had availability so she cut me a fringe in & gave me some quality advice on my hair.
Very lovely lady & I felt she genuinely had time for me ..
Will definitely be going back for Aysha to work her magic on my hair x

I was made to feel comfortable at the salon today, very polite staff and Ceylan done my hair to my liking i was very happy.

As always, Sam did an amazing job of my colour. She is a lovely person, would recommend this salon and Sam to anyone. Also had the lovely Erin wash my hair etc, also brilliant 😊

As always, a thoughtful and well prepared cut and blow dry from Cey, who also washed my hair this time. She never cuts until we have had a proper conversation about how it has behaved since the last cut and we agree on what she will do on this visit. The only omission was a drink offer but I would have asked if I wanted one. I have been coming to this salon for a long time now and Cey always makes me feel welcome. Overall, very good value.

Look forward to seeing her always friendly and professional,lovely girl
