I’m really sorry to say this. But I had a perm to make my hair curly coil type curl
But yet it’s not parts of my hair aren’t even curled and some parts wavy not what I asked for I’m disappointed and want the chemical taken out my hair and my money back

Sam done an amazing job matching the colours I had chosen and trying her best to get it how I requested. Ausha then done a fantastic job on the cut and matching the picture I showed her. Both are very friendly and professional and I will definitely return again for my next appointment.

Hello there! I've been seeing Cey for a while now and she always creates the style/ haircut I want. I can't thank her enough for today! I am extremely pleased how my cut ✂️ turned out. I know I may be a bit tricky client as sometimes I'm not sure what I want.
As soon as I sat down this afternoon Cey looked after me, brought me lovely Moca coffee and we had amazing chat about what I want and how to adjust the style to suit me/my personality 🙂.

As usual a warm welcome and Sam was brilliant. The new girl? Helen did a lovely cut but kept checking on her other client. Usually feel as if I am only client there. Didn't today because 3 or 4 times she kept looking at and checking other client. But otherwise it was fine. Thank you. See you in 6 weeks. X

First time in ministry hair salon was abit nervous before the appointment as I'm disabled and gave other issues the staff were really friendly and put me at ease through out the appointment definitely going back and would recommend it to.other people

Like always everything was perfect.

I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment and discussed the style I was after. The wash and head massager was enjoyable and the cut just right.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Sam did an extraordinary job with my balayage, I couldn’t be happier with the results. She put so much effort and care into making sure it turned out perfect.

Charleigh was also fantastic, she gave me great advice about my haircut and really took the time to explain what would suit me best.

Love the style of the salon! Everyone was very friendly and I am super happy with my cut by the lovely Daniel.

First class service. I missed my appointment. And they telephoned me and booked me in latter the same day with Daniel. Absolute heroes.

Lainie took time to listen to what I wanted. She was very attentive, made me coffee and, gave a lovely head massage.
I felt very comfortable, and did not feel rushed .
My hair looked great once Lainie had finished.

I’m not sure the name of who did my hair but she did an amazing job, was super friendly and provided an amazing service to be despite being understaffed. I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health recently and needed a change and she absolutely smashed it and I am so thankful. Thank you <3
