Ministry of Hair London

I am not really a person who enjoys going to salon but my experience today was excellent and I really do like how my haircut turned out today so thank you Aysha and I will be visiting again in 8-10 weeks time and will pass on word of mouth to family and friends. Well worth the money for a decent haircut.

I had a really good hair cut today by Daniel it looks lovely again for the next five weeks looking forward to me next visit Sam coloured my hair Daniel cut and stylist it

I have to admit I was a little nervous when I arrived for my appointment. I hadn't been to a salon for many years. I met Aysha, she immediately put me at ease. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. Aisha is a great hairdresser and I love my hair. I will be back.

I'm really happy with my highlights done by Lainie, she always pays a lot of care and attention when doing my hair. And all the staff are friendly and professional.

Went in the off chance as was walking past & Aysha had availability so she cut me a fringe in & gave me some quality advice on my hair.
Very lovely lady & I felt she genuinely had time for me ..
Will definitely be going back for Aysha to work her magic on my hair x

I was made to feel comfortable at the salon today, very polite staff and Ceylan done my hair to my liking i was very happy.

As always, Sam did an amazing job of my colour. She is a lovely person, would recommend this salon and Sam to anyone. Also had the lovely Erin wash my hair etc, also brilliant 😊

As always, a thoughtful and well prepared cut and blow dry from Cey, who also washed my hair this time. She never cuts until we have had a proper conversation about how it has behaved since the last cut and we agree on what she will do on this visit. The only omission was a drink offer but I would have asked if I wanted one. I have been coming to this salon for a long time now and Cey always makes me feel welcome. Overall, very good value.

Aysha was absolutely amazing! My hair is badly damaged and we spoke about what we can do to minimise the damage that was done at another salon, she was professional, and all around a lovely woman, I can’t wait to go back.

I took my daughter there today for a wash cut and blow-dry really happy with her hair cut my daughter is really happy to she realy liked it there. Didn't catch stylist name but she was realy good highly recommend

Aysha was very helpfull, done my style just how I wanted it. she gave me tips on how to straighten my hair and was really a good stylist.will go back with her again .was very pleased and friendly as well.

After years of finding someone who can cut and style hair I found Aysha. Amazing cut which makes all the difference to my life. Also a lovely person. The new salon is lovely. Can't praise it enough.

Very friendly staff and great value for money

I’ve tried to get used to this cut but there are several things wrong with it, I have to clip the front because the lengths are different not sitting right lack of layers

Aisha was an absolute delight. She dis both mine and my daughters hair. Was very polite and helpful and just made us feel totally at ease even when my daughter was getting a bit restless (7yo) felt the price was very reasonable considering the care that was shown.

My 3 year old daughters first wash, cut Blow Dry and straighten went smoothly, Charleigh was fantastic and very gentle with her, engaged with her and reassured my daughter when she was nervous with the hairdryer, the hair looked amazing and the smile on my daughters face was just lovely to see. Hair looks fabulous and we can’t thank Charleigh enough for the amazing job she has done on my daughter’s hair. Thank you so much.

Loved the service, my hair came out so soft and the hair cut was great, Lainie was really nice with asking what I wanted and advising me of what was best for my hair, would definitely recommend.

We were seen by Aysha at the reception she was very friendly and helpful. Aysha gave great suggestions to get the perfect look. I had my haircut with Charlie she was very professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. The entire experience was really great. Highly recommend this Salon.

Experience was nice, haircuts cute but overpriced. Unfortunately its nice but not even got one side longer than my other, wanted a sexy cute shaggy pixie and got a cut I could of paid £19 in hotshots for. I wont be back 🙂

Back to school/college hair cuts for my 2 daughters. They love the salon experience. Charleigh is great, she listens to what you would like and is really friendly. This was their 2nd cut & blow dry with Charleigh and we rebooked for their next cuts.

We visited today to have my 11yr old daughters hair cut. She has sensory issues with her hair so we don't visit hair dressers often. Today she happily let the lovely young stylist give her a much needed wash cut and blow dry. She especially loved the hair wash with the massage chair, my daughter was made to feel very comfortable and left very happy proudly informing me she will now have regular haircuts as long as we only go to ministry of hair. This is a massive thing for us and I am delighted that she now feels confident and comfortable with having her hair done so thank you and see you in 6 weeks

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Helen made us felt really comfortable. My daughter has thick curls and Helen was so patient and gentle. The result was absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely go back again

My son is neurodiverse, does not enjoy getting his hair cut, and hasn't had great experiences in the past, Charleigh listened and delivered what we asked for. we'll be booking again.

I’m really sorry to say this. But I had a perm to make my hair curly coil type curl
But yet it’s not parts of my hair aren’t even curled and some parts wavy not what I asked for I’m disappointed and want the chemical taken out my hair and my money back

Sam done an amazing job matching the colours I had chosen and trying her best to get it how I requested. Ausha then done a fantastic job on the cut and matching the picture I showed her. Both are very friendly and professional and I will definitely return again for my next appointment.

Hello there! I've been seeing Cey for a while now and she always creates the style/ haircut I want. I can't thank her enough for today! I am extremely pleased how my cut ✂️ turned out. I know I may be a bit tricky client as sometimes I'm not sure what I want.
As soon as I sat down this afternoon Cey looked after me, brought me lovely Moca coffee and we had amazing chat about what I want and how to adjust the style to suit me/my personality 🙂.

As usual a warm welcome and Sam was brilliant. The new girl? Helen did a lovely cut but kept checking on her other client. Usually feel as if I am only client there. First time in ministry hair salon was abit nervous before the appointment as I'm disabled and gave other issues the staff were really friendly and put me at ease through out the appointment definitely going back and would recommend it to.other people

Always a fantastic welcome, also my hair was expertly blow dried with great suggestions of how to style it.
It's always lovely to visit.
