Been here before and always come away happy. Had hair dyed darker and it faded within 10 days. When I went to ***** and spoke to the hairdresser she wasn't helpful she said because I had been skiing maybe that was why!! The owner, I assume, then called and told me that theirs it not the salon for me, she would refund the cost of the appointment and that my hair wasn't the kind of hair they could correct and that she had cancelled my next appointment. Around very disappointing service
