Excellent salon, I had a cut and colour and I am really happy with the result, I can tell products they are using are really good quality. My hair is difficult to manage and Luis and his team did a really good job! Luis is also very skilled cutter, book with confidence!

I had a keratin treatment. All staff very friendly especially Nicky , time flew by . I am very please with the outcome of my hair . Great customer service, percolated, coffee & biscuits. Felt very relaxed .

This is a very welcoming hair salon in Heathfield High Street. The staff are friendly and cheerful. My hair was washed in a calm and gentle manner with a relaxing head massage. Luis styled my hair after a consultation and I was delighted with my new cut. I was given a product to enhance my naturally white hair, free of charge. It is easy to book an appointment either by telephone or email. If you are looking for a hairdressing salon and are new to the area then you need look no further.

Relaxing treat. Asked for a shorter cut but had no idea what and Ilka produced a sharp, smart style that everyone in the last few hours has really liked. I’m very happy.

A thoroughly good hair do & and conversation!

Don't know if there was a double booking but my appointment was at 915, because I was still waiting at 940 unfortunately I had to raise the lateness as I was due somewhere at 1030. Ilka was very friendly and lovely about it and did reduce the price but I did have to forfeit the style out of the cut and style and it felt very rushed. I did book online for the first time so don't know if this was the issue?

Nikki bent over backwards to do exactly what I asked ( which was out of the usual), was friendly and professional - the salon had a nice ambience.
