Very welcoming and friendly place, which also does excellent hair cuts.

Brilliant, it was booked at the last minute when I needed some chilly out after having had a bad morning.
The stylish was good and did everything as I wanted., which made the whole process well worthwhile . Will definitely be back. Highly recommended them. ?

After a long time without a cut through lockdown, no judgement on the state of my hair. Luis was interesting and knowledgeable. This was a great experience.

Martinez is a friendly and welcoming salon. Luis listened to how I wanted my hair cut and styled, in a relaxed and unhurried way. Having told him that I had experienced hair loss with hair products containing sulphates, I was allowed to have my own shampoo and conditioner used that I had brought with me. The salon as it happens only uses sulphate free shampoo. I am very happy with my new hair style and it looks so much better and suits my face shape. If you are worried about going to the hairdresser then give Martinez a try, you won't be sorry.

Always a pleasure to come to the salon. I know I will leave looking better.

The whole team is amazing. But Emily has given me the best hair color ever. My hair can go really brittle and the color looks awful after a few washes but she has done an amazing job and still 6 weeks later I love it.

Luis is professional with an ability to advise on your style rarely found in hairdressers. If he was in London his salon would be the top stylists in town. Genuinely has a flair and natural ability to make your hair feel and look fantastic! Been going to him for 12 years during which time my hair has had its ups and downs but he leaves me with a great cut that lasts….which is the true test of a professional. Added to this he cares!!!! He wants you to feel and look a million dollars! Staff have to have a mention they are just lovely, caring willing to give that little bit more than 100%. East Sussex is lucky to have this salon here.

Emily did a brilliant job on my hair which is very thick and naturally curly. She listened to me and kept checking I was happy with how she was cutting and blow drying my hair. Very professional.
